Their customer dealing is really very bad and they give no clear terms and conditions of their business to customers. Ghanixa Fashion is located in Shree Mahalaxmi Market Ring Road Surat Gujrat. I am writing this review because I have faced misdealing and rude response when I asked them to exchange a dress that I have purchased from them. I will never suggest anybody to buy online any dress material from Ghanixa Fashion. Their marketing executives have no sense of talking with customers. Through this review I just want to teach their marketing department, first learn talking etiquette and then do business.
