Ordered A Pair Of Boots Online With The Billing Ad
Ordered a pair of boots online with the billing address set my home and delivery address set to my office. That was 16 days ago. On the 16th I emailled them to ask the whereabouts of my order, and they said delivery had been attempted twice. So I checked the HNDL website and it said that my order was being delivered to a house just down the road from my billing address. Unfortunately that house is unoccupied! I emailed them asking them to change the address but they wouldn't.
I rung them today, and in fact the lady I spoke to was very helpful. She has managed to put a note for the couriers to deliver it to my house instead of the address they are trying to deliver it to!
I'm hoping they will give me a discount or something, but probably not, even though it was their website and not my fault.

I Ordered A Pair Of Boots But They Were Too Tight
I ordered a pair of boots but they were too tight so I sent them back first class with delivery info in box as told to on web site, no refund given, only email saying I needed tracking number for package! Several emails later and still no refund for product, or delivery or return!! Priceless shoes are quick to take my money but not to refund like they say they will. Now I am £25 out of pocket which may not seem a lot to you but it is a very poor service!!!!!
