Took Payment Of My Order Twice Despite Only 1 Orde
Took payment of my order twice despite only 1 order being processed. I informed them immediately and they said they would rectify. I advised the transaction had took my account overdrawn and asked they rectify speedily.
10 days later, still no refund, still no apology, still no communication.
I would not deal with this company again because quite frankly, if you have the staff to process the order, take the payment, pack the parcel and send it then you certainly have the staff to process a refund.
Never Again
I bought a pair of MK Flip Flops from the Oxford Street store on 26th April. Because I had sore feet I kept the shoes on. I am clear about date and time. Unfortunately I paid cash,and the item has since developed a fault. I have contacted store and they say they cannot trace the transaction. My advice to anyone thinking of buying from this Company to be sure to get a receipt. I have to say the Head Office staff were great but could not find this transaction either. Its indeed a mystery since , due to circumstances, I am sure of date and time and find it strange there is no record. I will never deal with this Company again I can't afford to.
Sale Price Challenged By Assistant And Changed
While browsing items in Cardiff (St Davids Center Sole Trader) I picked up a pair of Merrel lace up trainer style shoes at a reduced price of £29 on display. They were size 9 I asked to try on a size 8, I decided to buy and my daughter offered to pay as a xmas gift. I was surprised when they tilled in at £42, I told my daughter not to pay and politely explained to the assistant at the till that these were on sale display for £29, he said the store was undergoing price adjustments and these were £42. I showed him the pair on display and the price tag which he immediately removed, I told him that I was within my rights to pay for the shoes at the original price but he refused to accept this. I refused to proceed with the purchase on principle and he just turned to next customer. I think this is an appalling way to treat customers and the excuse was poor and unprofessional. I believe that according to consumer rights the store is obliged to sell at the displayed price whether the till scan is incorrect or not. I have experienced this in the past and paid the display price.

Service Is Dismal To Non Existence
Daughter was looking for trainers but my husband was very reluctant to buy the at Sole Trader Ashford Outlet due to there poor service.
He was absolutely right, whilst my daughter tried the shoes the girl stood there glumly bored witless. She did nothing to help as the laces were difficult to untie, lacked customer service complete. Woman behind the till was just as bad.
All the other shops we visited at the outlet, we were greeted with smiles and welcomes and offered help.
Staff are either not treated that well in Sole Trader or are not given training in customer service.
A very negative experience and not a one off.

Do Not Bay In Soletrade Outlet
I bought in February 2016 sport shoes Y-3 price 300 euro,
after two weeks of shoes is spoiled.
I wrote to the store 5 e-mail, where do I send the shoes to exchange for new store SOLETRADER OUTLET did not answer. Do not BUY IN THIS SHOP

Worst Company Ever
spent £70 on a pair of trainers for an xmas present worn 3 times in 2 weeks started to fray son wanted an exchange with the receipt was told no its wear and tear your having a laugh an expensive pair of trainers are fraying after beening worn 3 times theres no way there sending them off after reading reviews they spoke down to my son like he was an idiot
im going in with them next lets see them talk down to me !!
i asked them about there returns polity they said there would be no problem
so there staff are trained to lie just to get your hard earned money
will never buy from them again

Ordering online is a definite yes from this company. Literally delivered the next working day and amazing customer update every day about where your order. I will be buying from this company again. Fab customer service and up to date with customer satisfaction!
Just Haggler, Don't Ask Them For An Advice
I bought them caterpillar colorado shoes.
Caterpillar has two different width for their products "normal/medium" and "wide". I wanted "medium"
Before I bought it, I asked them what kind of width they sell. They replies "normal". Great... But I received "Wide"... And the don't accept the returns cause I wear it one day to be sure it fits me... :(
Don't buy them anything if you want a real customer service for any trouble!

Tried to purchase 2 pairs of trainers with my Spanish credit card (I am a Brit that lives in Spain and UK) they asked me to provide PROOF OF ADDRESS for my Spanish billing address, sent them ORIGINAL digital copy of my electric bill, they then cancelled my order BUT still have a hold on my card for the FULL AMOUNT, customer care could not even be bothered to help me! I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND them to anyone, wasted 3 days waiting for shoes that where than canceled.

Given The Runaround By Customer Service
Tried on shoes in shop. They fitted perfect. The pair I bought were the same shoe and same size but when I got home I couldnt walk in them. Took them back and tried another pair in shop which fitted perfect. The staff in shop agreed the pair I had didnt fit but wouldnt change them as i had worn them. They said they would send them to the manufacturer. Since then i have been given phone numbers to ring which are voicemail and no call back. I eventually spoke to manager who said they looked alright to him. I suspect they never got near the manufacturer and are probably still hanging about in the back of the shop. So six weeks on all I have to show for my money is sore feet wasted time and buckets of frustration. I wont be going there again.

Hire them for what? They're a shoe retailer!
