Cannot praise representatives enough for their work on my Hornby D9014 Deltic, which suddenly stopped working. Also having ordered a Hornby Deltic D9018 through them on pre order and waited more than a year for it, it arrived damaged (from Hornby) & wouldn't run.They contacted Hornby & got a replacement for me also converting it from DCC to analogue. I would thoroughly recommend them to any one for customer service and repair work.
