Do not buy!

The pram is weak and flimsy. It may be cheaper than a lot of prams out there but by god you can't half tell.

When I pushed the pram it seems to rock from side to side as if the wheel was slightly buckled but it wasn't, that's just the way the pram was made- cheap and thrown together.

Due to this I sent the pram shassy back to Little Devils Direct three times in total to which I was told if they couldn't fix it I would get a new pram or a full refund. I fought blood sweat & tears to get a new pram and I succeeded in the end but it was still as bad as the first pram shassy.

I was still within the 12 month warranty when I was having these problems but they wouldn't give me a full refund. They offered me 70% refund & I would of had to send the pram,car seat & carry cot back too. Absolute joke!!!!

The customer service was appalling. Staff were rude especially the Manager and I felt like I was being constantly fobbed off.

When the pram was sent back the third time I was without it for 3 weeks to which I occurred a back injury due to carrying the car seat around.

I wish I would of seen the bad reviews on google before I purchased. They do not put bad reviews on the eBay selling site.

I wish I would of spent more money on a decent pram.

You get what you pay for but to be fair for £275 you'd expect it to be built better.
