Mamas and Papas 03 Sport 3 Wheeler

Got this pushchair for long walks in the park but within a month it had a puncture - the pump didn't work as puncture too severe. Had to carry the back of the chair the whole way home with a 7 month old baby in it - not good for the back! Customer care were not interested as said these tyres are naturally more prone to punctures - something they failed to mention when I bought it. I am now stuck with a push chair that could leave me stranded at any time- useless!! Feel very let down by mamas and papas. Do not buy this push chair!!

when i first got the pram i thought it was brilliant apart from having to put a pillow behind the baby to sit him up straight then aftet a week or so the front wheel started shuddering then the whole pram started shaking and would have to stop. brought the pram back to the shop 4 a replacement but it seems this is the norm after reading other reviews and the new one is starting to do it too. the shop manager said he's worked for mamas and papas for 10 years and hasn't had a single complaint. he's either lying or hasn't sold any before. seems to be pretty good over grass and rough terrain tho

I have purchased this pushchair because I prefer the 3 wheelers to the 4 wheelers. However, I am now on my SECOND 03 Sport. The first one the seating position was wrong, it was sat at a 45 degree angle which was obviously wrong. I was told by the nice woman from customer services that it does sit pretty upright. I got sent a second one, and the seating is still not much better than the first one we had (I say an inch off being upright for a pushchair)! I have now asked for a refund and I will shop around for a 3 wheeler that I wont have to send back. But, I am convinced we have been sent the returns. Apart from that negative bit, the pushchair is a dream to push one handed, and light to push.

Mamas & Papas 03 Sport Pushchair - Obviously this type of pushchair is not going to be right for everyone as it is quite wide and heavy plus you would need to do your homework in order to check it fits in the boot! However, we absolutely love it! We have had it 18 months now and has beed great. Off road on rough paths it works very well and on smooth pavements and indoors it is so smooth. People always comment on how comfortable she looks in it, unlike many others. Have seen how well it operates compared to many of the other more expensive types. Great value for money and discounted at the moment (22.12.2010). Car seat (Which best buy) attaches easily.

mamas and papas 03 sprot have only had it 3 days and this was my first im taking it out for a spin and am now on my way back to the store as my 10m old son had just fell down the staires as the handel has just snaped clean of am so not happy with this lucky the headge caught him before he could go on to the road so not happy with this product and not happy with mamas and papas at putting my son life at risk DO NOT BUY THIS BUGGY

Do not buy this sport 03 pushchair, the front wheel sheared off of mine after just 13 months use. Sent back to Mamas and Papas, after 10 days not a single call or letter. Phoned to ask where it was - told it was going in for repair shortly. No explanation given as to why the front wheel had sheared off whatsoever. Asked for parts to be sent back to me so I could have a third party review of the fault carried out (as recommended by trading standards). Told this was not possible - despite the pushchair not actually having gone for repair as yet, and yet the parts are still legally mine. In basic terms I was told that as no serious injury (which certainly would have occurred had my daughter been in the chair, as the first thing to have hit the road would have been her head!!!!) then it was nothing to worry about. I pity the parent who has to phone them up when their child has been killed due to this latent defect. Repeatedly told that the sales of goods act does not apply (untrue, even consumeradvice and trading standards agree - Sorry M&P did I forget to tell you the 03 chair is now under formal investigation? :-). Also M&P but maybe you should have asked what I did for a living, err such as Contract Law! This company will just ride roughshod over any complaint you have and tell you the sales of goods act does not apply. Service = Scum

I thought this pram has been amazing. My son is 2 and i did once get a chicco stoller and quikly went back to my 03 sport i really really love it, so bad that im thinking of getting a new one. I would never use any other pram as compared to this every other pram seems to hard to push, this is very smooth. Although it is big its fantastic. Ive never had a problem.

We bought the 03 Sport as we wanted a pram with big wheels as we live in a rural area and we need to walk the dog - the terrain is not exactly rough, but a normal street pram may be a bit wobbly. After 2 months the front wheel started wobblling serioulsy and the whole unit shuddered. I took the pram in to be repaired and I was told I could tighten the wheel myself!!! It has now been 6 weeks and the pram has been returned without the wheel. Terrible after service. I would NOT recommend. Clearly a manufacturing problem

I started using this Mamas and Papas 03 Sport 3 Wheeler pram when my daughter was six months old and was very pleased with it until the handle snapped off whilst I was 'bumping' it up some steps. Luckily a friend was able to stop the pram and my daughter crashing head first down the steps!

we have only had this Mamas and Papas 03 Sport 3 Wheeler pushchair 3 months. the front wheel wobbles badly... we took it back and a new wheel was ordered, only to be not a lot better. when phoning customer services i was pleasantly shocked to be told that they would not replace this item and that we were not allowed our money back even though this item is faulty. they have offered to repair the item, but with having had it repaired once to no avail and my wife not being able to go out for 3-4 weeks, i personally dont think this is good enough. the manager in customer services was no help what so ever !!!! i have never had such a bad reception from such a company..
