i agree with all the previous reviews, very heavy and bulky pram, i also bought the primo viaggio car seat that fits the pram which is also very heavy, as the pram liner was no good you can feel all the straps under the liner, the pushchair does not lock flat to use as a pram safely. the only positive is because it is so heavy and bulky its very sturdy

Well what can i say apart fron the mamas and papas o-zon pram/pushchair is an absolute waste of money! The brakes jam,trying to fold it is a nightmare,it steers to the left,the seat belt is not even attached to the back of the pram so my baby can get out,so i have to use reins now to keep her safe!The list is endless. I cant drive so I rely on this pushchair alot,Im so dissapointed with it and will never buy anything from mama and papas again ever!!If I had read the reviews before hand I would have saved myself so much hassle and bought a decent pram. i brought the ozon in january from argos. my son was born in febuary and i built it up. it took me 2 hours to build it up as the instructions were very unclear. whilst building it up i noticed that the wheel had broken so couldnt fit on. my partner tried to fix it and we thought it was fine, i travelled into town and the wheel went rolling down the road, i took it back in to argos and they rang mamas and papas and they agreed to send me a new wheel, which took hours to fix on has i did not have the tools that were needed. since then the breaks get stuck so i have to push on the front wheels only because i cannot take the breaks off. the basket is all ripped because it gets stook everytime i unfold it. the bottle holder has snapped of. it leans to one side and the wheels have a mind of their own which isnt easy when you are also trying to hols another childs hand. i would never recommend anyone to buy this item. mamas and papas are only interested in giving you spare parts, they are not interested in fixing, replacing or refunding. a complete waste of money.

We bought our O-zon in 2007 June and I must say that I like it very much. Although my partner says it is difficult to stear I do not see any problem in that. it is very decent size, so I stopped taking our traveling cot with us and used tphe pushchair instead. My son is two now and still can use it. Really, I like it it very much and would recommend it to others.

I think the Mamas and Papas O-zon Sportivo pushchair is dreadful. It is so difficult to steer...the front wheels simply do not turn! I actually disliked taking my daughter out for a walk in it. It's also heavy and cumbersome. Furthermore the grey fabric on the my-pod faded over the summer months and turned a reddish colour. When I took this up with the store they informed me that faults in fabric are nothing to do with Mamas and Papas. I told them that the fabric has Mamas and Papas brand name printed on it! I battled with customer services and got nowhere. The car seat is also very uncomfortable, my baby's head would loll forward everytime she fell aseep. A rubbish product for so many reasons and I would never buy from Mamas and Papas again. I wasted £350.

my mother in law bought the Mamas and Papas O-zon Sportivo and stupidly i agreed to it as i didnt want to be rude telling her it wasnt the one i wanted. I find it heavy to lift and large when folded. It creeks when i push it and seems to steer where IT wants to go not where i want it to go. If I just have the car seat clicked on the pushchair my son get soaked when it rains as the raincover appears to only fit with the pram/pushchair. When i used it as a pram with the pram liner in my son was only 3 weeks and it seemed so uncomfortable he didnt lay flat and I don't think the harness can be removed so they were all under the liner which didn't seem thick enough to me so it seemed it may have been uncomfortable for him. I think the material is hard and seems rough. I do not like this pram/pushchair and would NOT recommend it to anyone.

I wish I had found this site before I bought my o-zon! I would have returned it straight away. The problems I have experienced are very similar to the ones mentioned in other reviews. Brakes jamming, poppers flying off, hood falling down and very flimsy, the backrest jamming, folding mechanism jamming when opening and closing etc. We thought that it seemed quite plasticy and flimsy when we built it (which took ages and after several arguments!) but thought we wouldn't be able to take it back. The supposed cup holder fell off everytime the pram was unfolded, before our daughter was even born! The car seat is a terrible design that you would only discover once you start to use it. I can't believe I brought my newborn home in it! It sits very upright so her head falls forward when she's asleep, infact I stopped using it after 3 months and used a friend's which is miles better. I recently returned it all to my retailer after e-mailing m&p. Although the shop was very helpful and sent it back to m&p to be looked at, the verdict is that there is nothing wrong with the pram! Unfortunately they won't refund or exchange it as it has been used for 6 months - which I regret. So for a product that I was hoping to use for my 2nd child has barely got its use for my 1st - what a waste of £340!!

We bought the O-zon pram/pushchair at argos for £150 in one of there Bank Holiday sale's in the summer. It was quite easy to put together but the build quality seems very cheap and nasty, it was very heavy for my wife to lift in and out of the car boot and it was quite hard to steer. We find the small plastic wheel's to be an absolute night mare to push over soft grass and it is very difficult to get up and down steps. In the end we took it back to argos in October, a month after our little girl was born as we bought a baby jogger that was 10 times better.

I would advise you to save your money and avoid this mamas and papas pram/pushchair as I feel you are only paying for the name and not quality.

When we first received the pram it took us forever to build it as the instructions seemed very unclear. The pram is very rickety and seems to sway and creak when i push it. Also it seems to have a mind of its own and steers in a totally different direction than i want to go. I am definitely not going to bother turning it into a pushchair as it is just no good (I wanted a pram that would be ok to use for my next baby). It also barely fits in the boot, and when I have taken it out in friends cars we have had to put it on the back seat which also means the car seat doesn't fit in. I also cannot figure out how the car seat is suppose to attach. All in all a very poor product.

I have just bought the mammas and pappas o-zon pram is looked like a really good buy in the catologe so i paid for it got it home set it up, only to discover the saftey harness would not come off and as my son is only 9 weeks old they were digging in his back im sending this item back tomorrow and changing it for a travel system from mothercare as im not at all happy with the pram .
