There Are Good And Bad Aspects Of This Push Chair!
there are good and bad aspects of this push chair! ill start with the good, it is fantastic for heavy gravel tracks and country walks the brake is effective and it is sturdy.the rain cover is good too. now the bad points, the straps are totally useless i dont know if the people who designed it have ever put a baby in there but the adjustment on the straps goes from large to extra large our little chap is a good size too but he has to be wedged into place with cushions. the sun roof thingy on the top is useless too it offers no sun coverage at all it is also deceptivly wide.

Brought The Quinny Speedi For Our First Son, We Ha
Brought the Quinny speedi for our first son, we have also used as the main pram/pushchair for our second son. It is a dream! When tyres are pumped up propally this pushchair is a dream to push. It has a massive 'fixed' seat unit that will serve your child right up untill he/she has grown out of their pushchair. Is fantasic for'off road'' pushing. We purchased it with the Maxi Cosi carseat and Dreami Carrycot which made the pushchair suitable from birth.
It's a very attractive pram and I used to get lots of comments especially when the carrycot was used on the chassis.
The only downside is that the basket is a little small and it is heavy to pick up - but then how often do you carry your pram around.

Purchased The Quinny Speedi Travel System In 2009,
Purchased the quinny speedi travel system in 2009, really happy with the buggy as the wheels are pnuematic allowing easy travel over rougher ground, even works well in the snow. Would advise anyone to consider this buggy as its easy to use, great to look at and most of all comfy for the little one. I would never consider getting plastic wheeled buggy's when this performs great on all surfaces without the need for suspension.

I Bought A 2007 Model Of The Quinny Speedi S
I bought a 2007 model of the Quinny Speedi SX in the start of 2009 for £139 so thought it was excellent value for money. But I would also have paid full rrp for the newest one, especially now I have used it for so long. I also purchased the black seat reducer for it as my son is quite petite and it is fantastic - really soft and comfortable for him. The foot muff has kept him very warm and really keeps out the wind. the rain cover I bought fits perfectly and keeps out the wind brilliantly too. I did purchase a Shade-a-babe for sun protection and as a bug net and it was a brilliant investment.
I had only just come out of a wheelchair after a very traumatic labour and complications and had difficulty and a lot of pain when walking and moving about in general. This pushchair is excellent to push and the only one I could use - doesn't feel heavy or anything as it moves so easily - you can even move it with only one finger! My husband loves it too as he is well over 6 foot tall and we can so easily adjust the handles so its comfortable for us both!
We bought in England and it was amazing for our little guy on the paths and uneven roads in the village my Mum lives in. He loved it. we now live in a remote part of Northern Canada and can push him with ease through the local forest, over big tree roots and undergrowth, on gravel tracks, on ice it is a dream and it goes through 12 inches of snow a breeze too.
The suspension is excellent.
Yes it is big, but we have a big enough vehicle in Canada the we can put it in without even collapsing it so it was not an issue for us. Yes it is wider than some very small corner shop aisles, but I have had no problems in England and Canada. If somewhere is wheelchair accessible (as most shops are now) it can fit in it.
The basket is plenty big enough for everything I need to take everywhere and a bit of shopping. Have borrowed friends pushchairs when we have been back to England (as it is too big to travel with really) and always wish we had our Speedi with us.
Also did manage to get it to sit up completely straight by pulling the side straps individually through the clasp so my little guy can see everything. Have also bought a bumper bar for it online and he loves that too!
All in all, an excellent pushchair that is perfect for those who go out of doors a lot, on rough terrain and/or who have back or pelvic pain issues.

I Bought The Speedi So That I Could Take My Baby O
I bought the Speedi so that I could take my baby on long walks with our dog. It is ideal for bumpy and muddy walks.
This pushchair is great for the reason I bought it but is not one for taking into the city to do your shopping as it's just too big.

The Quinny Looks Really Good But That Is About It
The quinny looks really good but that is about it really.I have just bought a second hand emmaljunga to replace it so my baby is comfortable on walks and well protected from the sun here in Australia.I would not recommend this pram it has been very disappointing. Also you cannot get on to the quinny people at all to tell them about the issues with the pram.Their website is pretty but again nowhere to enquire .

If The Backrest On The Quinny Speedi Sx - Black Jo
If the backrest on the Quinny Speedi SX - Black Jogger Stroller sat bolt upright, and the wheels weren't so wide apart, and it came equipped with an easy to fit parasol, I would be keeping my Speedi and enjoying every minute out with it. But, after using it a handful of times, my baby and I have found it to just not be the buggy for us. This is my fourth pram purchase now, and I keep on changing my mind and selling the last one for the next one. When I find the perfect buggy, my son will say "I'm too big for a buggy now mummy!"
