GeeGees Grand Stable Playset

We purchased a model equestrienne stable set for our daughter from Utterly Horses some time ago.

One of our daughter's friends played with the set and unknown to us, broke a door hinge, meaning one door would no longer function.

We considered having the door repaired but it would not as the plastic formed part of a hinge.

In desperation we called Utterly Horses who said they could replace this for us and would do so.

As promised the new door arrived and to our delight and surprise, Becky, at Utterly Horses would not accept any payment.

So having provided the part free of charge, Utterly Horses paid the cost of postage (large bag etc) and would not take a penny....I think that is brilliant service and which is why we will continue to use and recommend Utterly Horses to others.....
