I had a shoot lined up for the end of October so you can imagine my dismay when my Mavic 2 pro met a "sneaky wall" a week before.

I used Drone Doctor's emergency service and they worked with me to make sure I had the drone back in time.

They even sent the drone back to me on a Saturday delivery service, and it looks and flies like new! You'd never know it was crashed. Amazingly efficient service, I really can't fault them.

Drone Doctor says it aims to get your dron back in 2-4 working days.

We sent in a Mavic Pro for repair.

It's now been over twenty days and we're still waiting. This means we've had to rent another drone as a backup for a job that we're shooting for Cambridge University.

Quite simply, as a professional production company, this is the worst service we've ever had. We would not have sent our drone in for repair if we'd not been misled.

Amazing customer service, repaired my drone in two days and it flies better than new. Why go elsewhere?

Hi, I had a small crash with my mavic, i didn't realise at the time that you can send your drones back to DJI for repairs - so i thought i would get a quote from Drone Doctor. Their booking in process was great, my issue was with the quote. I had damaged the gimbal plate retention hook, Drone doctor quoted £406 to repair it, replacing the gimbal plate, gimbal and camera !!!

I said no (paid the £20 for looking at it), and thought i would contact DJI directly to ask their advice, they set up a repair, i sent the mavic to the Netherlands and the quote came back at £57.

£350 saved !!!!

So, my advice would be - before you get a quote from Drone Doctor check out DJI.

I was lucky enough to be given a very special 40th birthday present. An LJI Phantom Quadcopter with camera. It's brilliant fun to fly and take video of my family out on their bikes, kayaking and even horse riding.... UNTIL ... I crashed it.

I was gutted as I know how much they cost.

I googled "Drone Repairs" and found DRONEDOCTOR.co.uk.

I filled in the online form with details and photos of the damage... they replied with a favourable price. I sent the drone off to them and 4 days later it is back at less than 10% the cost of a NEW REPLACEMENT.
