Joined Heart was recommended to us by our photographer. We weren't originally planning on having a video, but having seen a few others recommend doing it, I am now very glad that we did. Peter and Richard did an absolutely fantastic job and turned the DVD around in a very short period of time following the wedding. They contacted us in advance to ask for music choices and confirm the schedule as well as names of all the key individuals within the wedding party so they could be included on the video. Before we decided to use them, they sent us out a sample DVD, which was great fun to watch to get an idea of what we'd be receiving following our wedding. The two gents were totally unobtrusive throughout the entire event, everyone commented on just how great they were and that they didn't get in the way or cause any hassle. In fact, they even helped to extinguish a bridesmaid accidentally set on fire... ! It's great to have a lasting memory of the day and all the people that shared in the day with us. The cherry on the cake was the addition of aerial video of the venue taken previously, it was stunning. The team is very accommodating and I couldn't be happier with their responsiveness, professionalism and friendliness.
