Asked for a quote for hair and make up for just myself at my venue (venue address given). I was given a quote. Just before my trials, I was then told that the price would be more as it was just me, and because of where my venue was. I was suprised about this, and mensioned that I had told them where the venue was and it was just me, they told me that their site said I would be charged more, so I should have known. I told them, that you gave me a quote it should have included ALL charges. They just told me I got it wrong.

I then had to cancel due to not trusting the company. I was told 'lovely, I will cancel this for you', which I found extremely rude, why is it lovely???

I never spoke to the hair dressing side to this 'hair and make up' as she just ignored all my messages.

I am under the impression that another wedding came up for the same date, with more than just the bride, and that they wanted to get me to cancel.

I would be very careful booking with this makeup artist (and hair - no dealings with them at all, so no idea if they even know about any of this), as she doesnt actually give you a quote, and is very rude.
