Fantastic Service

I am very impressed by the service I received from Premier Plan. Despite Phones 4U going into administration, the service I received was first class. I spoke to Craig, in Claims. He was fantastic and made me feel that the theft of my phone was his problem as well as mine. I reported the theft at 9 am on Sunday and amazingly received my new iPhone at 2 pm the next day. Thanks very much Craig!

2nd Time Using And Again A Nightmare

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WARNING !!!!!!!!!!!!

JOKERS WORSE INSURANCE EVER DO NOT USE

The charging port on my samsung not working, so i contacted contacted phones for you. They said no problem bring your phone in and we will replace it, I took my phone in then they said "oh your on the expensive PremierPlan you CANT have a NEW phone straight away as you pay TWICE the premium. You will have to contact them yourself, so i did and they advised my it was a manufacturing fault. So my phone got sent back to samsung for a 2 weeks via phones for you again. Then it was returned saying it would have to go through my insurance so i contacted them again but was told they COULDNT email me a claims form id have to download it from their site. After trying with 3 different computers and laptop (thought it might be my fault) i called them again to find that the site was not working, and that they would not email me it to me but post. So i waited another week, when the form arrived i completed it and posted it off FIRST class and the phone recorded mail. 2 weeks later after several calls they said they hadn't received the claim form so the process had to start again ???? which it did but this time i sent it recorded delivery i eventually got my phone back with the original fault ??? after several weeks without a phone and 50 quid excess (plus insurance premiums and post). By this time i just brought a spare battery and external charger. I intended on canceling the policy but as time went by i forgot about the ordeal. Until a few weeks ago when i dropped my phone from the top of a mountain !!! Lucky (i thought i still had the premium) Then the whole ridiculous process begins again although this time they did EMAIL me a claim form. they said my phone didn't arrive for 2 weeks and they've have had it for four days but the first day did not count. SO now i have to wait another weekend to be told they cant fix my phone then i 'Might get a phone call after' to discuss what to do next JOKERS WORSE INSURANCE EVER DO NOT USE i have paid nearly 300 pounds in all with 2 excesses, postage and premiums and Im going to be lucky to get a second hand refurbished phone in a week or two more

THERE IS NOTHING PREMIUM about this service other than the PRICE AVOID

Do Not Buy From These People

Tried to get my mobile phone insurance re-instated and they stated that as it was beyond the 6 months they could not do anything about it. I accepted this but requested a solution and they could or would not help even though I had spent over £120 with them for insurance that i did not use.

just kept saying sorry can't help you....

Go else where there are cheaper and better insurance deals now all over the place

Usual Insurance Rip Off

I accidentally broke my phone, which went through the initial claims process easily. I got an email saying it would be repaired and dispatched in 3 days. A week later nothing had arrived, on enquiry it seems the damage was irreparable, so a replacement phone was being sent out. This phone eventually arrived, a different colour to the original, but that was acceptable. From first use it clearly wasn't working properly, and after 3 days it gave up completely. There is no easy email contact details, the phone lines cost an arm and a leg to call. The insurance is not cheap and I have paid enough for a replacement handset, yet they send out broken phones as a replacement. Unacceptable and a rip off.

Cancelled The Policy With These 11 Months Ago And

Cancelled the policy with these 11 months ago and just found out they are still taking money from my account now got to prove I rang them to cancel it which is virtually impossible due to me not knowing where I rang from. Always make sure you get confirmation of cancelation with these and cancel the direct debit

Brilliant

Fantastic service! Even had a process to allow parent to deal with claim as my daughter, the policy holder is out of the country. So very different from a recent experience I had with bubble!

Excellent Service

Having read the reviews here and needing to make a claim I was worried, but Samsung S3 had a smashed screen so I called to make a claim. I was sent a form straight away, sent the phone off, got a call the following day to say my claim had been accepted. I had a fixed phone back in a week, was a better job than expected. I only paid a £10 excess and the policy costs £4.99 a month, so I'm more than happy.

Rip Off

Had my Iphone 4s since January 2012 paying £14 a month for insurance.

Rang up today to tell them my phone will no longer charge.

It needs a new battery but I can not do this myself as I know the warranty will become void. This would cost me about £5 to do myself.

In semi-professional hands, about £30.

I was told I would still have to pay an excess of £100 even though it will cost less for postage (both ways) and to fix the problem.

I have paid £266 in insurance for them to not fix a simple problem.

Needless to say, I cancelled the insurance.

I will go to protectyourbubble.com and insure it there after I have had it fixed. They will charge £7 a month with no excess.Insured if it broken, lost or stolen. Warranty might be void but will still be useful if it is lost or stolen.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. THEY ARE PIRATES!
