T24 Black Card - www.t24blackcard.com

Blocked my card for two weeks with no explanations or support. Every time I called support, they said that my request will be 'escalated' and that I will be called back but nothing yet, for TWO WEEKS. Do NOT trust this company

Loaded $5000.00 onto my card. The funds left my Bank account and have never been loaded onto my T24Prepaid card. I have emailed endlessly and called the useless call Centre - no response. There is no access to the actual operators and their call Centre is a black box.

My bank has been attempting a trace and recall but are having little joy.

Do not use this card. I am now raising a fraud issue with the U.K. Regulator.

Waste of money sham do not use

If you want a card which can handle big transactions, enable you to withdraw substantial amounts of money out of cash machines throughout the world then this is ideal!

Not only are the fees very reasonable and the customer service excellent (the staff are extremely polite and helpful), the T24 black card really stands out and when you're checking into a hotel or out shopping I find I get treated with a lot of respect whenever I use it.

Sure, you've got to pay for it but it's well worth the investment if you've got a fair bit of cash and do higher value transactions (such as stay in five star hotels every now and again etc).

ONE TIP: There's the occasional "blip" as with all services, but treat their staff with respect and they'll go out of their way to help you. Great card, fantastic benefits, and great customer service.

In the one and a half years I have used this card I have experienced the following:

1.I loaded $9,800.00USD but only $124.50 was put on the card!!!

It took the person I dealt with from T24 over 1 month to correct this issue.

My Vacation was absolutely Ruined!!!..The had the balls to charge a $2.00 reload

fee on top of it !!!!!

2.An ach transaction was declined by a merchant for $801.20 on 2/23/15

The money was debited off of my card anyway I provided T24 with receipts and proof

and filled out a dispute form. the person I dealt with(of T24) informed me that I likely will not see my money for "45 BUSINESS days" from the time the dispute was entered for a insane

total of 4 MONTHS !!!! They continue to deduct $15USD per month in "service fees"

in a very timely fashion!!!!!

This is only a small sample of the problems I have encountered since using the T24 black card.....USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK...AND EXPENSE

I can recommend this card 100%. Best service, very helpfull staff and service.

If you truly want the best then this is the card for you. But this is fro High Net worth individuals

It is about 20 months since I started using T24 Black Card, I'm fully satisfied.

Easy to load, easy to use wolrdwide. Reloading charges very acceptable.

Great Card Travel worldwide never a problem. The customer service very professional and quick to respond

The per transaction fees on this card are outrageous! Not sure why anyone would use this card for day to day use.

The fees get even higher if the transaction is not in USD.
