Great service at a good price

Renewed Van Policy, excellent and took out Business Insurance too, Very happy!

Easy to obtain a quote and the price is similar to previous years.

Some wording and names in the insurance documents are not so easy to understand.

Phone calls to the service line helped to solve that.

We were asked to take out PLI for our small business & we were shocked by the difference for essentially the same service, One Call were not only best value, but did not try to sell us unnecessary services. We have recently taken out a further PLI policy for a family member who needed it for a completely unrelated business & got the same friendly & efficient service with great value for money.

They even talked about a discount for future years, the first time we have been offered a loyalty bonus by any insurance company!
