No Hassle Insurance
My insurance renewal came up and I was really pleased with the price. I didn't bother to shop around on comparison sites I just decided to stay with Budget. It went up after I had an accident a couple of years ago but the price has not changed much since then, I was happy and job done.

Worst Experience Ever!
There is no cooling off period and instant charges for change of mind! Never take insurance out with this company !

Everything seems good for now, excellent service, affordable price, easy to make changes both online and via call, good customer service, I will recommend. I have been with them for 3 years.
They are very competetively priced and and everyone I have spoken to on the phone have been very helpful.
As I am an older person.and not keen on everything on line, they send me paper documents.
I have never had to make a claim and hope I never have to. So I cannot comment on that..

Great Affordable Insurance.
Budget made my insurance buying a fantastic experience, although I did have a minor problem paying but got there in the end.
I found the policy was £50.00 cheaper than the other companies on other sites, and it allowed me to select what I wanted, not what others thrust upon you wheather I wanted it or not.
I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family, also I'm going to get a quote for my home insurance soon too. That's how impressed I am with Budget.

Took My Money, Overcharged To Amend Policy, Hung Up On Me!
Took out a policy but made a mistake on the quote details. Quickly realised and called to amend, was told this would increase premium by over £200, even though a new quote with the correct details only increased it by £29. Was advised to cancel policy and take out new one. Was told refund would take over a week and refused to speed up payment, forcing me to use a credit card and be charged interest. Couldn’t take out new policy because ‘policy already existed’ even after confirmation received that it had been cancelled. Called customer service to solve issue, transferred to different department because they couldn’t help. New department tried to transfer me back to previous department because apparently they couldn’t help either. Requested pleasantly to speak to a manager or supervisor and was hung up on!
Ended up using different insurer for almost £100 more annually. AVOID.

No idea, never used it so you'll just have to do your own research across the various quoting sites.
