I Have Never Ever Had Any Problems With This Compa
I have never ever had any problems with this company. They have always been very helpful. I would recommend them. It is nice to be able to go into the branch instead of holding on the phone to a call center. If you don't need to go into the branch and wish to deal with them on the phone, you are never left holding like so many call centers !
I Recently Phoned The Company To Delay My Payment
I recently phoned the company to delay my payment because I would not have funds on that day. The rep I spoke to agreed to delay the payment for 4 days and nothing would be taken. He agreed 4 times in that call so I was sure. On the 21st they still took the payment, causing me £88 of charges from my bank. I phoned them and they agreed they had made the mistake, and they would refund my installment. This they did a day later, but it was too late to stop the charges. I phoned them and was told as soon as I sent them a letter from my bank confirming they were to blame they would refund the £88. When I phoned them to see that they had received the letter, I was told by the owner of the company that he was looking into it and would write to me within a week, even though they told me I would get it back.
After waiting for a week for the letter, he said he was not prepared to refund anything because they had acted accordingly by taking my payment, which I had signed for. I had to send more proof of the charges, and when I spoke to him a couple of days later he offered £30. I agree, I signed it, but they don't agree that they were going to not take any payment or that they said they would refund the cash!! I waited for 5 days for the owner of the company to get in contact after leaving a number of messages with various staff, only for him never to get in contact. When I had waited for the 5th day, I phoned him and he was only prepared to refund £30 because that's all they make on my policy. In the end I had enough of the waiting, the phone calls I had made to them, the bank charges (well over £30) and the time I spent getting the letter from my bank, as well as other things. So they will take £30 from my next installment.
If you do decide to go with Insurance 4U car insurance, make sure you read the small print.
After Taking The Car Insurance With Insurance 4u,
After taking the car insurance with Insurance 4u, I was requested to send them the original no claims certificate from my original insurance company. I have since left Insurance 4u and I have requested an up-to-date certificate of my no claims. I have made several telephone calls to them to no avail, and as of this moment I have no proof of my no claims on my insurance company. In the long run, Insurance 4u have cost me more money and forced my premiums up from scratch. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I Rang Insurance 4u And Got A Car Insurance Quote
I rang insurance 4u and got a car insurance quote for a ford fiseta ghia 1.4 3rd party fire and theft. I got a good price of 1095, until I got my cover note through which said I was insured on a 1.1 ford fiesta. I rang them to cancel my policy and they said I could but id lose my deposit of £600! I gave them the right details, and they told me my policy was now £1700! I have had several problems with them and each time i've rang them they have been very unhelpful.
I Rang Around For Insurance For My Xr2i Because On
I rang around for insurance for my XR2i because only being young the premium was expensive, after a while I came accross Insurance 4U who offered me 3rd party for £800, this was the cheapest I could find so I took the premium. Insurance 4U sent me cover notes for 8 months even though I had asked them for my policy on many occasions. After 8 months I went to trading standards and they helped me to track down that 'Insurance 4U' was a broker who had insured me with 'Norwich Union' but then cancelled my insurance 6 weeks later even though I had paid the full amount upfront. I finally got my money back but lost my no-claims. So in short, give these people a wide birth!!!
