Lifesure Motor Insurance

I've been a customer for 7 years and have generally received decent service but the reason for 2 stars is that I recently had to sell my caravan (insured product) to pay bills due to Covid and there was 3 months of policy remaining. They would not refund any outstanding premium AND charged me £27.50 for the privilege of them clicking a button. When I wouldn't pay (waiting for refund) they charged me another £30 and sent threatening letters!

A family-owned but very unsympathetic company that only support you in the "good" times.

The worst company that I have ever had any dealings with. I would definitely not recommend this unprofessional low quality so called firm to anyone.

Very efficent & polite to deal with, nothing is too much trouble. Phones always answered quickly. Staff are friendly and helpfull,they really try to find a product suited to your requirements. Avoid the internet rascals with their bait & switch scams and deal with a proper broker. Recommended.

Lifesure have looked after all my policies for years, they are great people to deal with and seem to have very experienced staff. They always have a policy scheme available even when I changed to a Japanese Import Pajero.
