Fake Company .
Don't trust this company at all.
It was waisting time for me to call this company.
I get quote from Gocomper for my taxi insurance and this company give me £3700 but don't let me to buy it online .
After I called company and after more than 2 hour keep asking questions they give me £6000.00 quote .

Please think twice before insuring with company if I could give zero stars I would this company has the worst customer service for one I am not a one to leave a review unless it’s very bad, my van was lifted on the 15th February 2023 from outside my home from the start of this claim was an absolute nightmare you can’t talk to the actual insurers granight I was advised at the beginning of the claim to send documents photos of keys ect they give you 5 day one of the documents was the v5 logbook which I had lost I contacted quote deceive to ask for more time to apply for a v62 at the post office this was rejected have was the claims department I had advised what quote deceive wanted and I was re assured all would need was an email from DVLA to prove I taxed the vehicle with a promise of a hire while this was getting sorted out about a week later I was contacted form haven claims to say that I would need the v5 and the claim was rejected I went back to quote detective and had a very rude advisor who said they need the v5 logbook which proved I own the vehicle correct me if I am wrong but I most sure that it states on your v5 logbook that this is not proof of owner ship so please once again be very wary before insuring with this company because they will look for any excuse not to pay out. They have cost me so much in van hire and loss of earnings as I am self employed this has been a lesson learned.

This firm are shocking took £3600 for van in insurance i cancelled 6 days in for them to charge over £700 for the cover and tell me a refubd will be in 30 days time and guess what now 40 days still no refund they just keep blaming everyone else just avoid and stay away.

I Have Been Blown Away By The Professionalism Of E
I have been blown away by the professionalism of every single member of the team, from the customers services team to the gent who sorted my insurance policy out initially. From start to finish the team were very friendly and spent the time to go through everything with me, using language that I would understand and not try and use lots of jargon that just confuses me as I’m not an insurance expert.
As far as customer service goes, nothing is too much trouble and no question is too silly! I had plenty of queries and each was answered professionally and fully. They are happy to give you as much of their time you need until you have a clear understanding.
I cannot recommend this service and company enough, absolutely fabulous. And a massive thanks to the person I dealt with who persevered with my hours of questions, you really did go above and beyond to assist with my insurance policy and I am very grateful. A credit to the team, thank you.

Worst Company Ever I Mean It! Let The Ombudsman Fix You Now!
Firstly I never will use this company ever again!!! When I bought a car insurance policy the sales call handler didn’t add on the option to protect my no claims bonus as I requested it to be protected. They didn’t contact me for over two months even though I kept calling them myself every few days chasing the matter.
Then they admitted their fault after listening to the call recordings but then they were asking me to pay another extra £300 to protect the no claims bonus when clearly they admitted and know themselves its their call handlers fault for not adding the option On that I requested before I purchased the policy.
this company has the worst service ever. Now I’m in A formal process with the financial ombudsman to take this matter forwards as this company is in the wrong and not willing to resolve the issue they have caused.
Really disappointed how wrong a company could be even though they got proof it’s their own fault! DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!

Fantastic Customer Service.
I got linked via a comparison site and it turned out I couldn’t get insurances on the quote that had been generated due to an unsettled claim against me.
My call handler was incredible, she was professional, efficient and easy to talk to.
I would highly recommend using these guys, especially if you have a few different needs that other companies may not be very experienced in.
She is a credit to the company for how helpful she was to me.

I have used Qoute detective since 2018.
Their staffs are:
*Good listeners
*knowlegable
* communication very good
* They are best in what they do.
Quote Detective will give you choices and point out key things for you to make informed decision
The only bad thing is they don’t seem to have enough staff.
But they make sure they will call you back when staff is available, it took me 2 days to get a call back.
Calling them is better than to email.
I was happy with the choice I made they got me good and pocket friendly insurance.
Anyone out there who want a company which will work with you to the end I would recommend Quote detective.

I did a quote online for car insurance, I received a call from an agent called ryhs who was very helpful and got me the best quote for myself after so many complications. Now we have got the quote which was good for me and I'm happy he helped me out.
