Truly Shocking!

I was sold an insurance policy through this company last year and was unfortunate enough to have an accident earlier this year which wrote my car off.

Right Choice use an organisation called Davies Group as their claim handlers and all you have to do is read their reviews to see what a terrible organisation they are.

I was basically unable to get hold of Wakam - the people I had the policy with and it took literally hours to speak to anyone at DG so I had to go back to my only point of reference and that was Right Choice! They helped me to get things moving by contacting Davies group because by this point I had reached the end with them and I also requested to raise a complaint which Right Choice did for me!

Thinking this was all over and done with......silly me! Today I get CCJ through the post from the person I had the accident with for £5672.66!!! Davies group have not paid out so they seem to be chasing me! I rang Right choice for help because as stated earlier it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to Davies group and guess what....they didn't want to know! No offer to email their contact in Davies group to find out what has happened, nothing! Davies group actually says "Dealing with claims on behalf of Right Choice insurance" but apparently no one cares there! I am beside myself, I don't know what I am going to do!

All I got from the 'manager' at Right Choice was an accusation I was shouting and basically told to F off!

Yes they're cheap, but I'm telling you when things go wrong they do not want to know, they are your point of contact you don't ever speak to your insurance company directly but they hide behind "we're just the brokers" at every other opportunity!

I will be making a report to FOS tomorrow because this is absolutely ridiculous!

Hoax Of Car Insurance Market

RCIB is a BIG SHAM of the Insurance Market, Never ever talk to them over the phone, otherwise they will apply all the tricks to deceive you and you end up paying more money than you are getting online. They play words game and over charge you in the Insurance Premium, I could observe Unprofessionalism shows in their conversation, I was getting quote of my Car Insurance £937.77 online but when I start talking to sham artist he tried all his tricks and Charged me £1,052.76 but when I received my Insurance Documents there was written total Premium payable by me £973.76, but I paid £1052.76 in total, also I asked to Start my Car Insurance on 30Oct23 but he ignored and started my Insurance on 26 Oct 23. This Company is not more than a HOAX and hire full time sham artists, I will spread these words all over the related department and online.

I cancelled a policy 6 years ago after getting wise to the dealings with them driving an agila 1.2.

I vowed NEVER to go with them ever again and since then using other insurance i had 5 years bliss full motoring .

2023 after putting my car on the road 8 months sorn with NO issues for parking it up.

I went to price compare and first was RCIB.

I bypassed them and went ladybird insurance.

Omg … its actually RCIB and i said to the insurance chap taking my details on my now astra 1.6.

If you are RCIB .. you ain't getting a penny off me.

He remained quiet and took my cash.

A text alert said RCIB have been paid 330 pounds.

Im fuming feeling cheated and decided.

Do not go with RCIB THEY ARE SHAM ARTIST.

Its the 30th tomorrow and the policy should start but they are faffing me around with saying my drive way is not off road and its still a risk of other people using it to have a claim.

They try to trip you up after paying.

They add costs and wangle threats.

Bullys… stay away..

i now have to deal with these scoom bags in my opinion.

RICB are hiding behind ladybird and aviva and others.

I feel snared and trapped like a wild animal waiting for them to pit me out my misery taking everything i got.

JUST AVOID THIS THIEVE COMPANY

this broker is totally managing by very experienced

thieve people, after u purchased a cover then ur miseries going to start.

they're really SUPER experienced, yeah already have seen many of them but this company is number one for taking and all by The law !

they already had a different name but after they got 1 star then they just changed the name and started with a new name to start taking again.

JUST AVOID THEM PEOPLE, TELL UR FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND EVAERY ONE TOO,

IM GONNA REVIEW THEM EVERY DAY, AND MAKING VIDEOS ON SOSIAL MEDIA AS WELL ,

SO PLEASE EVERY ONE DO THE SAME.

Wich i paid £189 at first month,

I didn't get refund please people avoid hassle

Avoid At All Cost

I have had the worst experience with this company. My premium kept increasing after the 14 days cool down period meaning when trying to cancel I had to pay a massive fee to leave.

The customer service was extremely rude I told them multiple times I want to speak to a manager and told me there is no point because they will only tell you the same thing, which isn’t true ended up resolving some issues. However I put on hold for 2 hours on the phone all day just to get a email address of the manager to receive reply a following day. Sales staff completely rude very obnoxious. Worst insurance broker I have ever used.

Avoid at all cost.

Had Difficulty Renewing, Staff Called And Got It A

Had difficulty renewing, staff called and got it all sorted within minutes. The company is easy to talk to and have improved on waiting times to speak to customer service. My experience keeps getting better with them as I've been with them 3yrs now. I would recommend right choice.

I had to review my Policy, last week, and spoke to an advisor, who went out of his way, to explain the renewal, and saved me money.

He even waited for me, to run down to the car, and get my license.

He is a top Bloke, ask for him, and watch him walk you through everything, with a new policy, or a renewal.

Keep up the good work!!!!!

Why dont you tell customers you are ALSO under ladybird insurance and aviva and others so not to deceive people.

Do you hide behind them company's because no one would deal with you if you were truthful your not ladybird insurance but RCIB?

When they accept an application and details of the customer and the customer opts for pay monthly agreeing required deposit and outstanding balance spead over the agreed duration why would rcib then take all that money but cancel the customer policy without any reason as the application information was all 100% correct?

Why have they taken my direct debit out today then another single payment of £10? What could the £10 be for?

I already have insurance that is fully comprehensive. I was wondering how much it would cost a month to add another car? It has the same size engine. Thanks.

Does anybody know when should I tell them that I don't want to renew my car policy?

I mean - 1 month, 3 months before the end? In a written form, and send them formal letter with confirmation?

I would be grateful for your help. Maybe you have experience with this.

They won't send it you until your insurance ends. It doesn't matter the reason why you need it early they will not let you have it. They will take as long as possible to provide it just to get you back for not renewing your insurance with them. I would not give in to their bully tactics though as getting insurance from them was the worse thing I ever did and was glad to leave. My new insurer was understanding over the delay and seemed to know about RCIB tactics.
