Big Motoring World Warranty 2000

If you got any problems they won’t pay you I paid £1400 for the warranty when I get some problems call them they said we can’t accept company dealerships report and gave me another garage I want there they said nothing wrong after few months same problem report from dealership I phone the garage back they told that short of problem they don’t do. I realize I cheated by the warranty company they didn’t pay me anything

Won't Pay Despite Accepting Claim

My free 3 month warranty had run out and the next day they called to offer me a 1 year warranty with up to £1000 per claim coverage (free one was £500) for £189 per year, sounded great. Paid initial payment over phone and spread the rest over next 6 months. 5 days later engine management light comes on, there nearest approved garage 20 miles away so take it to my trusted garage. Call them they wont agree anything until fault diagnosed. Fair enough. Fault code vague so garage had to start investigating to find problem. Called them back with precisely what was needed and they agreed to pay £149, I was left with rest of bill. I pay £450 to get my car back and then claim back from waranties2000 as suggested. Now the fun begins, I can only get my £149 claimed if I pay the warranty in full. Noone can show me where this is stipulated and its certainly not in the handbook emailed to me. Now I cant get a refund on payments made so far and if I want to use the warranty it needs to be paid in full.

Awful Company

Awful company…. Do not use!!!!!! They reject your claims and expect you to pay for it yourself, my repairs on my financed vehicle are over £2000, just to be told to deal with it and they cannot help, rude staff members on the phone who show no compassion for what you are dealing with, my car is currently stuck in a garage 45 minutes away from my home, as that’s the one they advised me to take it to. So shocked and angry at the way they have dealt with this

Stay Away!!!

I would give them 0 if I could. Purchased 20k £ Jaguar that broken down in less than 5 days. When I called them they send a so called technician that did a diagnostic on the car and they refused my claim stating that is my fault!!! Keep your distance from them as are just a bunch of sharks!!!

Terrible company I paid £1000 for cover on a car I bought 4months ago I started having issues with it took it to a garage they refused to deal with this warranty company tried another garage they said the same thing a third attempt yes they would have a look at my car, they found several problems with the car they contacted warranty 2000 and were told none of the problems were covered by the warranty. Big motoring world put me under pressure to purchase a warranty and told me it covered anything under the bonnet. What I fool I was to believe BMW. The staff at warranty 2000 are rude and not at all helpful there favourite sentences is IT'S NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY Please avoid this company they are money grabbers. I'm a pensioners and I can't afford to loose a £1000 it's now costing me £4000 to get my car back on the road I've learnt my lesson the hard way don't make the same mistakes as me.

Avoid At All Costs

I would give them 0 if I could. I've been without a car for 6 days. Kept telling me will call you this morning and never did I had to call them. Ended up haing to call them every hour to get progress. Very rude to myself and the garage. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Like every other review states avoid them!!!!!! my father paid £425 to them for their premier plus programme. Nice booklets received on signing, but dont get fooled like us! They are quick to take your money but the minute you have a claim this is what they say to get themselves out of settling, and i quote - ''failure or breakage, the proximate cause of which is wear and tear, or parts which may be considered to have come to the end of their normal life expectancy, are specifically excluded from coverage by this warranty”. they will not settle any claims!

Waste Of Money

I paid over £400 for 12 months and when I had a defective air spring compressor was told it was not covered. Evidently due to their policy on not covering parts affected by wear and tear. My question is if you own a car older than 5 years will any part be covered or will they say the same?

I have learned my lesson and hope others will heed my warning.
