We purchased motor insurance. £450 deposit paid up front. Provided Boxymo with all the paper work required. They keep moving the goal posts and asking for more. 3 weeks into the deal they are now going to cancel our policy and keep the £450 because we can't provide the new vehicle registration book with our details on it. This is impossible for us to do because there is a back log in the vehicle tax office in Swansea. After spending almost 3 full days trying to get talking to someone about this when you do eventually get through there is no reasoning. They seem intent in trying to do their utmost to get out off the deal and keeping the deposit. Easy money. Sorry we ever came across them. Faced now with the hassle of taking legal action on top of forking out more money to get the car insured. Stay away.
