Do Not Insure With This Company! Read This!!

DO NOT INSURE WITH THIS COMPANY! READ THIS!!

i was insured with this company for 9 or 10 months paying monthly. during this perioid i changed my car a few times and everytime i changed it my insurance went up and i had to pay extra over the phone before they would insure me regardless of what car. firstly i was insured with them on a 1.6 escort xr3i for about 200 per month then i changed to a vectra 2.0dti this then went up to 256 per month, then i changed to a 1.4 astra and i was getting charged 230pcm from that i changed to a 1.2 punto and they tried to put it up again but after a few choice words with them they decided they could keep it the same, that same week i got quotes for a rover 1.4 and a rover 1.6 sli for the 1.4 they said it would go up to 240pcm and for the 1.6 they said they were unable to quote me on my current policy? but i could start a new policy with them working out at 300pcm!! finally i changed my car to a megane 1.6 and they tried to put it up yet again this is where i had finally had enough and told them where to go! my policy was through them with aviva so i decided to cut them out and go straight to aviva. straight away i was quoted only 85 per month. what a difference! just shows you how much they had been ripping me off by all that time! but because i ended my policy early they wanted me to pay cancellation charges again i told them where to go and they were not seeing a penny as they had had far too much out of me already but now they are threatening legal action so im doing the same back to them. if you have had a bad experience with this company and would like to see justice done then please get in touch via e-mail [email protected]. i want to see this company shut down!!!

This company are rogue traders, con-men to say the least. They used to be ok about 3 or 4 years ago but now they are a bunch of cowboys. Do not go near them!!!!

I Took Out An Insurance Policy With These Amateur

I took out an insurance policy with these amateur clowns and I found a cheaper policy within 48 hours. When I attempted to cancel the policy with them, within the 14 day cooling off period, they refused to let me and charged me £86 in admin fees. The staff were ill informed and the manager I spoke to was the most arrogant little witch I have ever had the misfortune to converse with, not to mention dilatory and uneducated.

There was no option to give zero stars, but this bunch get 0/5 everytime!Don't bother wasting your time and money with these fools.

9 Months In To A Policy I Lost My Job And Missed A

9 months in to a policy I lost my job and missed a payment. Default notice was issued giving me 14 days to comply by making the payment. I made the payment immediately and yet these clowns still terminated the agreement several days after the payment was made in breach of Secs 87(1)(e) of the CCA 1974, sec 88 of the CCA 1974 and sec 140A(1)(b) of the CCA 2006.

Be very careful if entering into a pay monthly agreement with this bunch, they seem to think that company policy is above the law. I shall be suing them for all monies paid under the agreement plus damages. I have default notice specifying a payment of £x to be made within 14 days, a termination saying that since payment of £x was not made agreement and policy are terminated and most usefully a credit card statement proving that the payment was made comfortably within the 14 day period. Should be clear cut in Court.

One star awarded as tbh staff were very helpful until it all went horribly wrong after that they just state they can do what they want if it's in the t&c's regardless of what the law says they can and cannot do.

A pay monthly premium is a regulated credit agreement and as such the consumer is afforded certain protection and remedy if the law is breached.

This company also owns "insure your motor .com", -total rip-off right from the outset, -compare the market put them right at the top as the cheapest and a £0 excess! -What a deal, sounds too good to be true ? -it is!-this is really the time to walk away , I wish I had, I'm in the middle of a dispute right now, they are no strangers to the financial ombudsman. I wouldn't trust these people to clean out my pigs! -currently I've re-insured my car elsewhere even though they've had my money in full, -goodness only knows what would happen if I needed to claim!

When I joined Hyperformance the application process was done over the phone. They are meant to keep a recorded copy of the conversation should they be a miss understanding.

I made it clear that I have had the car for 2 year and hand only 2 year no claim . In order to give us a good price someone must had put down no claim down as 5 year on their system. However on the letter copy we were sent it said 3 years ? Very poor admin. I was only when we had a collision with another car and had to claim that it came to light.

They wanted us to show them 5 years no claims. As we couldn't they stopped out cover and said we need to pay an addition of about £136, to say covered. As far as I was concerned they had mess up and the tape recording copy they kept would prove it. For that they wanted £25 and it was not refundable even if it was their fault. At the time I was very busy and had to go way so didn't take further and paid the Extra £136. I will never take out any kind of cover with Hyperformance again.

Their admin is very poor . Most of this took weeks and involved me having to call them . The say they will call back and the never did on each occasion .

If your still going to get a quote then I would suggest you record the conversation yourself. And get the person name as well. Also read the letter for error.

The list of bad points is too long too mention. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to take out insurance through thses people. Stay away!
