Easy Purchase And A Good Product

Short online journey to buy and all information I needed was easy to see. Cheaper than the high street and a good product although you do need to send phones away for repairs. Insured the whole family's gadgets under one policy at a discount!

Made My First Claim After Being A Customer For Abo

Made my first claim after being a customer for about 18mths had my phone stolen and had a successfull claim, I was sent out a refurnbished phone that was pixalated from the start and kept freezing but was manageble until it would not come on at all, sent it back and they say that it was more damaged after they received it back which it wasnt when I sent it, but they want another £50 excess on top of the orignal excess for a thing that isnt my fault, dont get caught out by this company try elsewhere.

Disgraceful customer service

Took this policy out around 10th Dec roughly 3 weeks later I was carrying my 2 year old daughter up my stairs I went to get my keys and my phone fell out hitting the ground and falling down a couple steps

Contacted the insurance the next day and gave them everything they ask for data usage proof.of purchase ect only to be handed over to a 3rd party BECAUSE it happened 3 weeks still on going I'm a hard working family man and the service is shocking.now 22nd Jan 2019 ref TCS/202247

absolutely outrageous how this company drag their feet when a claim is made, they take your money monthly happily but send your claim to a 3rd party which can take 4-6weeks for a claim.

They will ask for previous insurance claims, itemised bills etc etc...poor service

Rubbish . This is someone on behalf of the company. All the reviews I've read give it 1 star and by people who are outraged at the delays after the claims are sent to a third party who are only interested in repeating and delaying the process . Completely unethical. People should go to the Small Cases Tribunal (quite easy and fast) and process them. Complain by letter to the Financial Services.

Moaning online does not change things ...bite them where it hurts.

Do Not Bother.

My wife dropped her Samsung note 2 damaging the screen we were insured so thought it would not be a big deal to have it repaired, (wrong). I rang early December and was initially met by a rude telephone operative who made me feel I had done something wrong and disturbed her. I was then told I had to wait for a claim pack, this took a while to arrive. I filled it in and it was sent recorded delivery 10th December. Sometime later I was told that the information I had sent was not proof of purchase, I sent further information. I was then told I needed an IMEI, I was never asked for this initially? I have sent approx. 5 e-mails chasing up my claim but have been ignored. The condition of the phone is deteriorating. It is now December 31st. What a load of rubbish. The service from start to finish has been shocking, I actually took the mobile phone cover out with the Jubilee group but all correspondence has been from I digital. DONT TOUCH THEM.
