Absolutely Awful
Really upset with how long and complicated it is to revive my phone through your Insurnace. I haven’t had my phone for 2 weeks now. If I had gone through my provider we would have had it in a couple days and as soon as I receive a new contract we will be going through my provider. Really disappointed. Every time we send documents to your email that you have asked for you ask for different documents or you say no these wernt correct please send this, if it wasn’t so complicated in the first place we would have sent the right documents. Really not happy and definitely won’t be using your company again.

How long does a replacement iPhone take to come if lost or stolen?
It depends for me it took 3 weeks. It would of took one week but they gave me the wrong phone, so it went on to the second week when they gave the correct phone but i wasnt happy with how it looked cosmetically it was a clear second hand phone so i complained and returned it, then on the third week after emails back and forth with their complaints department they sent me a new iphone which they dont usually do. Wasnt happy with the service to be honest.
