T Mobile Phone Insurance Claims Suck Scam

Call for service, told two hour hold leave call back. Call back spent 2 hours of phone with agent from another country. Told claim was approved and processed. Two weeks no reply, Called Again, told they were waiting for final approval, now approval granted would be shipped within 24 hours Fed Ex. 10 Days later, called again another two hours on phone, could not find claim. Then told unable to process my deductible for an echeck I never authorized for an account I did not have. Another two hours, told would be mailed via fed ex next day. each call advises to stay on line to rate service only to be hung up on. I will be cancelling my coverage as soon as I receive my replacement phone, IF EVER!!!!

02 Mobile Phone Company Exploit Children (deceitful Liars)

I had a contract mobile phone for 2 years in Northern Ireland during that time I complained about the poor network, they expect me to use my wifi broadband to make and receive calls and use the Internet. I couldn't use the network for Internet most towns got poor signal 2g not 4g as stated My contract ends shortly I asked for puk code and found out to my dismay that they didn't unlock my phone so I had to call them using my son 02 Mobile as they disconnected my phone too before even used puk code.They said I was still connected but I haven't been able to make a call for 3 days even in Coleraine.They usually offer guru appointment to help but didn't bother,they lied.Their 02 shop didn't help and didn't want to know I changed my provider good riddance,I hope they go bust.

Worst of all when i question my enormous bill for my son gaming he downloaded the shop staff said they could do nothing about it and so did their customer services! This amounts to child exploitation!!!!!!!!!!!

Will Not Recomend

I will highly NOT recommend T Mobil do to lack of communication with there representative's. I though speaking to a manager would solve my problem but it ended up being the same thing, on 8/19/2016 I called the Insurance claim center to fill a claim because my phone had gotten damaged on the 20th I payed the deductible of $175.00the representative said I will be shipped the next day. Since it was a Friday I knew it wasn't going to be shipped until Monday, so I waited nothing came in they had the address wrong. To avoid this of happening again I asked if they can ship it to the ONLY store in Santa Fe NM on Tuesday sure enough I go in and there's nothing there. I call the insurance company "AGAIN" There respond was I am sorry it was sent to Pennsylvania You will receive it Wednesday it is now Wednesday I call the T Mobil store to check if the phone is there and they told me NO. I get on the Phone at the store to call again now there telling me till Thursday. Its a non stop little game This insurance company SUCKS!!!!!!

Insurance Is The Worst

This company has the worst insurance in the industry. Filing the claim takes forever and the deductible is outrageous. This has changed my perspective on tmobile and I am looking to "upgrade" to another company. The $10.00 a month I spent on this insurance was a complete waste of money. You are better off not having the insurance.

Worst Service You Can Ever Have

I moved from AT&T . Expecting to get a good service . I bought a i phone 6 plus and 2 line plan with insurance coverage for my business use . I lost my phone after few month and file a claim ..they din;t approved my claim and said my phone is not covered . I will ask my all employee friends and family who ever have t mobile to switch there plan to some other service. because t-mobile is the worsted .i also checked their review on insurance 90 % of people were unsatisfied and they are rated 1 star ... big no to t- mobile and its service . people if you don't want to get screwed of please don't buy or take any plan with t mobile ....because you will end of getting worsted service....hope they will be rich by not giving my $1000 phone ..

i have a note 3. i had dropped and broke it. i didnt have the 200 dollars to make the claim right away. so i went to tmobile and had the sim card put in anther phone until i saved the money to make my claim. well i made the claim and they denied it because they said it had been to long, from when i put the sim card in the other phone. SO NO ! do not buy the insurance . it is a waste of money.

Refurb

Got my replacement phone. After 2 days there were a few scratches on the screen. That's interesting. Samsung phones don't scratch. I had my original for over a year and not a mark on it. Second thing I noticed is it's way slower than the original. Third is the battery wears out way too fast. I guess I should have read the fine print. Might be something in there like " Your great Samsung phone will be replaced with a POS.

Biggest Rip Off Ever

I paid the monthly insurance for my son's phone. 1st I never asked for the insurance but my fault for not checking my bill closer. A few weeks ago he dropped the phone in the water so we tried to use the insurance for replacement. He paid the $175 deductible. The replacement phone did not work but because he works 2 jobs and tried to trouble shoot with online support we didn't return until 8th day and were out of luck because apparently we only had 7. He ended up paying full price for a new phone. I figure between the $175, and the $240 in insurance premiums we paid over $1000 for a $650 phone. WHAT A BARGAIN.

Always use American Express to pay your bill. If you ain't satisfied with the service you paid for, request a charge back from American Express, that way you are covered. It's gonna be a three way phone conversation between you, Amex and T-Mobile to resolved the transaction. I have 100% success rate with Amex when I go this route, I always get my money back.

The Worst Costumer Service Ever!!

The absolute worst costumer service that I've ever experienced in my life. i recently had my phone stolen while I was playing basketball in the 4th of July. I called the Premium Handset Protection insurance offered by t-mobile. After calling them, they told me that they no longer had my phone in stock, and that they would call me in 24hr. After waiting 48hrs I called them back asking about my phone and nobody had the slightest idea of what had happened to the claim that I made, they said that they would send me an e-mail in 48hrs about the status of my claim. No e-mail.... I called back 48hrs after i was supposed to receive the e-mail. And they had no idea what i was talking about, I asked for a manager and they put the supervisor on the phone (after a 15min hold) he was extremely rude and repeated that i had to pay 100 dollars for the deductible. I asked for someone over him and after waiting another 15mins, an extremely rude manager was put on the phone. She was not helpful at all and completely took me as a joke. I asked for a district or regional manager's number and they said that they would call me within 24hrs. This is by far the worst costumer service experience that I've ever had, i would never recommend this to anyone not even my enemies. If t-mobile suggests this insurance, say no!!!!! I am in the process of dropping the company and also dropping t-mobile for letting them handle their phone. If you have a brain don't ever get this company. if you like being treated like a dog, you are more than welcomed to.
