They never send me a renewable quote and left me uninsured (maybe my fault for not checking my insurance). I e-mailed them 3 times, got no reply, phoned them twice, first time I was told someone would call me back, they never did. Phoned them again and told them I wanted a Proof of No Claims and was told they would call me back. I am still waiting. I believe my next step is to make contact with their MD

car insurance took 8 days to get any documents and not even an email to say they had even received my online application. Statement of fact which is supposed to show all your details had 8 incorrect facts and said I had a security alarm fitted which I did not have. This statement of facts had in small print at the bottom that if anything was incorrect and you did not correct it your car insurance could be invalidated so I called them to be told to ignore the errors they were just defaults so i cancelled in the 14 day cooling off period to be told this would cost me £25 a total rip off as the policy was only £133. If I had been told they would be taking money within the 14 day cooling off period I would not have gone with them also they have now informed me I could be waiting two weeks to receive a cheque even though I paid by credit card !!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I've just renewed my car insurance with Choice Quote purely because prices generally seem to have increased out of all proportion this year and they were the cheapest. (£285 against renewal of £400 and others around £350) I am pleased that they have told me that they do not renew policies automatically, which is great. Churchill and Masterquote both auto renewed against my specific written instructions in the past, so I would never trust either of them them with my credit card details ever again. Choice Quote also have an 0800 phone number for customer service instead of the usual premium 0844 numbers that most other companies have and that I refuse to phone, as these numbers charge excessive rates and are not covered by my free call package. So all I cam say is so far so good.

Filled in an online form for insurance,was going to pay in full on my debit card. Finally got to end of forms only to be told my application had been declined due to my employment status!! Yes I am UNEMPLOYED but does that mean I should be discriminated against due to this??!!! Disgusted to say the least!

Not too bad on prices. Terrible on customer support beyond the sales. Very abrupt and inflexible. Overall not happy with their after sales here at all. I am a business user and expect to see insurers treat clients with some degree of respect.

I would never recommend them on this basis. It's true that you get what you pay for and in this case the seemingly good prices are outweighed by poor service.

Fantastic service from Choice Quote, very friendly staff and received documentation next day! Price was £20 more expensive but the gentleman on the phone impressed me that much. Also called to add my old vehicle on for 2 weeks and their Customer Service department were also VERY helpful! Always worth a phone call!!!!

How long does it take to have a letter delivered? My previous insurance broker had it there the next day. This has ruined my schedule of buying my new bike completely. I'll never use this insurance broker again as they just take too long.

Terrible at refunding money. they take your money very quickly from visa card. but when you want it back you have to go through a long drawn out procedure just so they keep it in the bank gaining interest. it takes weeks!!! very disappointed

I tried to find loads of cheap quotes on the net but none were as cheap as these guys. Make sure you phone them up though because they beat there online quote by £20. I insured a Yamaha jog r 2001 at 17 for £134..............I then wrote it off 2 weeks later and Choice Quote handled it so well they were quick efficient and really hassle free.

I have just brought a new scooter, and after getting 5 quotes from the major household names I came across Choice Quote who seem to specialise in Niche insurance. Anyway, to cut a long story short, they saved me £73.

I have already recommended them to two of my friends who saved £47 and £38 respectively. Very helpful knowledgable sales staff too.
