Avoid

This company is part of CAROL NASH and is to be avoided. The service is awful and they will extract as much money from you if you need any changes to your policy or wish to cancel. The only thing I liked was leaving them !!! They're horrible.

Charged Me £50! To Cancel A Policy With 5 Months Remaining!

I sold my bike, I wanted to cancel my policy 7 months in to it. I was told I had £45 refund on it but because of the £50 cancellation charge I would owe them a further £5!

Its outrageous, I've launched a formal complaint procedure.

21 Days Cover Cost Me 75% Of The Years Premium !

Price seems good! Yes it is good bevause the will get money out of you or other custoners should you need to change anything!

I sold my motorcycle and they couldnt cover the new one so within 21 days of policy inception they wanted £75 cancelation fee! On top of the £41 deposit i initially paid!

£116 for 21 days cover when the policy was only £140 ish!

Not only this but refused to cancel over the phone or by email but had to be hand written!

2nd Year? We Will Quote On Your Old Bike

So I joined them this time last year I started on a 50cc moped. Now, I am on my third bike, a yzf 125. Long story short I left my job as they said it would save me 1800, but only on the ped!(which I was not told). So now im 17, unemployed and hundreds worse off. Avoid at all costs!

This doesn't mention the 40+ minutes of hold, rude interruptions and on the final day of the saga one of them not calling me back because of the bad news to try and avoid

Avoid Like The Plague!

I used entire cover for 1 years insurance.

I have since not renewed and gone elsewhere.

I have asked them for proof of no claims 4 times now and keep getting fobbed off.

STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

Rip Off Merchants

Filled in form on price comparison website, checked details were correct and they were, saw they offered the cheapest price so accepted and they took my money and asked for certain documents which I provided and they then issued their certificate and other documents. A few days after they asked me to get in touch and demanded another £166 saying my no claims was inaccurate, I ticked the correct box on the comparison site but they said it was wrong and if I didn't pay up it would be cancelled so I had to pay as I needed the insurance now 2 months later I have been sent yet another set of documents, completely mystified, they are shambolic and robdogs . they will never get any business from me again, I advise you to steer well clear of these charlatons.

Awfull Rip Off Insurance

Never answer phone, don't call you or email you first to tell you about payments etc... So when the letters come from somewhere which is usually about 100 miles away he payment has risen because of the days it takes. DONT USE THEM
