These mortgage companies like Rooftop should be penalised for giving the mortgages out in the first place, in hindsight we should probably never have taken the mortgage out, which is the reason no other company would give us one. We tried our best to keep up the payments which we have but they have been of no help to us whatsoever. I cannot wait to finally sell the house and get out of this.
