Overall very poor service in the whole process, very quick to come out but that's about all you can say. Quick perhaps because no-one else issuing them!

The valuation given in my Home Report was seriously under a previous valuation given a few months ago in a mortgage valuation.

I had to instruct another survey and wasted my money.

I went to discuss it with the firm but the address in Edinburgh is a mailbox!
