Penny Pinching
Stalls as always, So Little seating. Could have got twice as many tables in cafe area.. many elderly and mums with babies had to sit on floor with huge spaces between the few tables. And ONLY ONE hot drink booth.
20 minute wait for a cup of coffee....ridiculous
Whoever organised it should be sacked.

Waste Of Money. Avoid.
Well, where to start?.
If you want to be accosted by people stepping infront of you offering to..
Clean your glasses.
Contract to the new dog food or pet insurance.
Have your teeth whitened.
Try out the Many many massage chairs with sellers who clearly hate being there .
Paint pellet day outs.
Chamois leather cloth traders.
Vegetable slicers sellers.
All trying to out shout each other.
And then upstairs..
Clothes, bags, trainers, jewellery and bric a brac..
The food hall..
Food market more like, overcrowded, not enough seating.
Dogdy exterior of'tv pub'.
So many people queuing for a free thimble sized ice-cream.
This was tacky, bric a brac market atmosphere that had nothing to do with home improvement or ideas.
'Ideal home' exhibition it was not.
The garden pods were made for hyde park sized gardens, the show room was just a big caravan, again overcrowded.
There needs to be more lifts for the disabled as walking around the whole venue trying to find the rare lift was tiring.
Its not like it was years ago.
Its like market day and the sales pitch is high, just like something from Del boy, but not as loveable.

Complete Waste Of Time And Money
If you are looking for inspiration for your home .... don't bother. If you want to purchase hair straighteners, have your teeth whitened or have a back massage and be surrounded by copious amounts of tat that you can buy in most pound shops, then this is the place to go. Very disappointing and will not bother to go again.

Waste Of Time And Money
It is not worth all the time it took from Norwich to get there, I remember years ago new and exciting idea where one was amazed at all the new innovation, alas just disappointment it was like a car boot or sunday market.

Very Disappointing
Oh dear, something has gone terribly terribly wrong with the Ideal Home Exhibition. They need to seriously get a better team that know what they are doing in organising and booking. Go back several years and look what attracted so many people to flock to what use to be a great exhibition. No houses to look round to gain inspiration, no paint sections, no wallpaper suppliers, no where to look and purchase cushions, vases etc… just chavvy cheap clothes, tacky jewellery, loads of gadgets for sale showing you how to chop food. Not many stalls, no atmosphere just very very disappointing.
Not a shed in sight, no fence sprayers, no kitchen ideas, no proper room set ups, nothing. To think how far we travelled it was simply terrible. I certainly won’t be going again unless the organisers pull their socks up, look at the archive photos and bring it back to what it use to be. You should be able to walk out of there with a bag full of exciting information to renovate your home and a brain full of the way forward in making your house a home. So frustrating that I pay d to go and paid travel costs.

Terrible And A Waste Of Time And Money
We used to go to the Ideal Home Show every Year and this is the first time back after Covid but at Olympia instead of Earls Court. Downstairs was just full of sofa stands, tacky but expensive massage chairs and a totally uninspiring 'show house'. Upstairs was the 'Food and Drink' fair. What a joke! well overpriced rubbish burgers, chicken and chips and the usual theme park type garbage. Food stalls consisted of loads of gin and rum stands and the odd pastry/pasty type places. So disappointed!
I Am A Disabled Person. I Bought The Ticket Online
I am a disabled person. I bought the ticket online. I was made to pay twice. Once £15.35 and another one £10.00. I am finding impossible to get my refund. Dishonest business. Save your money and visit a shopping mall.

Dreadful
What a waste of my time. Nothing new no show houses or gardens. Just a load of tat. Several handbag and shoes stands nothing to do with the home. Food hall disgusting not enough seating to eat over priced unappetising food. Will never go again. Hve heard the same remarks for many people.

Appalling Awful Tacky Utterly Dreadful Mess Of A Show.
Shockingly hideous and bad. Upper floor looked like a Dickensian nightmare of cheap market tat, snake oil salesmen selling copper bracelets and made in China nik naks. The “dream home” major attraction was - I have never in my life seen such a tragic display of tat, plastic plants, plastic grass, wobbly picket fence, plastic wood veneer and cheap sofas. Beyond insane. It was like a perfect reflection of the downfall of the UK post Brexit; we just don’t have nice things now. Don’t go. Save your money and your soul.
Q&A
I bought a flexible hose from the Ideal Home exhibition. The leaflet enclosed does not have any contact on it whatsoever and after very little use the hose has sprung a bad leak around the end attached to the tap. How can I find the suppliers?
They were selling mops to clean floors at the show. Does anyone know the name of the stall that was selling them?
I bought hi fi wireless headphones today at the show and they don't work. There are no details whatsoever on who to return/ exchange. The stand was the 1st row at the front as we walked in Warwick Rd entrance. Can anyone help?
I bought a 'flex able' garden hose on the 21st March but when I got home and tried to look their website up, it seemed to be no longer running. Now I am worried that I paid £35 for an item where the on line reviews are not good and may find that I have been fleeced. Added to that, there is no address or telephone number to contact them.
Please can you advise me what I can do?
I had a similar experience with 2 companies which has put me off purchasing from the show. I eventually found the companies I was looking for via the Ideal home shows Facebook page... I logged my complaint with them, they were very responsive as a bad review on their page was not good for them, someone got back to me and gave me all the details I required... After that I kept on contacting the 2 companies and did not stop until I received the items I paid for. One company ended up having to refund my £100 for a Giant wall clock as they didn't actually have it in stock.
