Placed an order from this company for a motorbike a Christmas present for my son. Only to receive a damaged bike! They dont answer calls or emails. Now in the process of going through the police and trading standards. Do not order from this company!!!

I ordered 2 of thier 4 wheelers for my grandsons that live with us. They have a hard life and wanted to surprise them for christmas because that's all they wanted for christmas. I checked the sight over good and could not find any red flags .so I ordered 2 It's been 2 weeks no word and no 4 wheelers I have sent emails no word. Now I am going to heart broken grand babies come Christmas time. I can not afford traditional 4 wheelers .

I ordered a birthday present from them and I have still not received it, on day 10 now, I paid for faster delivery due to it being a present for child and wanted it on time for their party. I never received any email back from them even though I emailed them several times to ask where it was. I will never order from them again and have ensured all my friends know never to order from them.

please take my advice and avoid these companys,BIKES4FUN & FUNBIKES myself and others are presently trying to get a full refund for faulty inported mini quad bikes since christmas,we have researched the companys and have red flags and poor reviews,i wish i had checked it out for i ordered one for my grandsons,items are inported and poor put togather quality,items are returned for refund but they refuse to give it you,they put the blame on the customer having no machanical skills etc, when you ring if they answer which is seldon they put the phone down once to say refund,their premises are a rented unit which i have visited but noone present to speak to and when i have tried to make arrangements to meet them they refuse, i have been threatened with procicution for slander because i shared my exsperience on fb,please do your self a big favour and choose wisely who you order from please check out all reviews about them,we are all hard working parents and they are selling goods unfit for purpose and myn was returned unrode as couldnt get it to run more than 20 mins

Bought A quad for grandchildrens Xmas present

put it together xmas eve ,Parts were poor quality and broken.

phoned and emailed all over xmas and new year and was completely ignored. eventualy got hold hold of someone via facebook, when eventualy managed to speak to some one And was sworn at over the phone

for leaving a negative message on thier facebook site.they would not collect and refund my money , so contacted trading standards for advice.

was told that they were already aware of the companies bad trading record.ended up doing a 150mile round trip to return the quad

they never even had the decency to speak to me face to face

i had to get a neibouring company to take delivery and sign.

i have contacted my bank to get my money back and have a on going case with trading standards,as yet no refund.

Next step solicitors

grandchildren still without thier present as i cant afford to buy another quad untill i have been refunded.

my advice is dont buy from this company.

Absolutely disgusted I bought my son mini quad in October for Christmas it had been in the box since 2 day before Christmas it had a popped tire to start with it Was set up by a mechanic and he also set up my nephews which worked perfect my sons quad has never started he assumed it was the pull start as it was very stiff I bought a new one and it still hasn't started I emailed bikes4fun and they said seek mechanical help and said all bikes are check which is obviously not true I emails them a further 3times and a week later I emailed again and said they was taking the pee out me and they said they will not reply again as they don't tolerate abusive behaviour my son is heartbroken and I might as well of frew £220 down the drain

Bought quad bike for christmas. Wont start and no one answer there phone. My little girl is very up set. Christmas ruined. Want my money back!

Product is very cheaply made, but I guess you get what you pay for. Lasted 2 weeks then broken
