I knew pretty much that I wanted a Triumph but wasn't sure which one. The salesmen were a great help, they let me test ride several bikes and were interested in my feed back and gave useful advice and tips.

I finally fell for the street scrambler. I went through all the add ons and was given great advice on what I should possibly look at and what would would be best to avoid for what I wanted the bike for.

All the options were explained for the finance with the pluses and the minuses, clearly and in a straight forward way.

To be honest I couldnt fault the people there, they were flexible with my timings, informed and informative.

I would recommend them and will certainly be going back and will make them my go to bike shop.

Both the guys I dealt with were really good instructors; I found the day really enjoyable, informative and fun. Very good environment to learn, no pressure and decent new bikes to train on. I will recommend!

A friend of mine has previously bought a Triumph through the dealership, which is how I came to hear about it. In addition it was the closest Triumph dealership to where I live. Had done thorough research on www prior to purchase so was quite clear about what bike I wanted although dealer tried to guide metro a different bike than what I was initially interested in.

Communication with Metropolis has been good throughout the purchasing process and the company has been very proactive in reaching out, which I felt was positive.

Taking delivery of the bike was also good and felt that I received adequate information at the time and the sales representative has subsequently also reached out for follow up.

Generally a positive experience and would recommend.

They were great teachers they taught me very well for someone that had no idea how to use a geared bike

Remind me NEVER to buy anything from Vespa Dealer METROPOLIS in Vauxhall. Spent an hour travelling there for an arranged test ride.. was made to wait 40 minutes while they faffed around, then they could not get the test bike working because the battery was flat.. then waited 45 min for them to charge the battery.. they could not even manage to get that done. They barely even apologised for wasting my entire afternoon. To think I was contemplating blowing £7,000 on a fully kitted and tweaked GTS 300 with them.

The guy dealing with me was pleasant enough but didn't really give a damn about me. The rest of the staff were arrogant and elitist with a superior attitude. I had a similar experience in this very same store about 6 years ago and it was exactly the same, little has changed.

Appalling service. That would never happen with BMW.

I bought a Triumph Speed Triple from Metropolis June 2017.

I am very happy with the service I received from the salesman.

First and foremost he was very knowledgeable about the bikes.

He arranged a great deal for me which was in line with my budget.

He gave me impartial advice on added extras I should and shouldn't buy for my bike which I really appreciated, I had been to another dealer who did not give me half the amount of valuable advice the salesman gave me.

I do believe Metropolis value customer service based on this sale, I will judge later on if the same level of service is given after sale.

Thanks to A member of the staff I am now the owner of a Piaggio MP3. I went there advised by a friend of mine just to have a look and I came out with a new bike, great customer service, very good prices, and very good evaluation of my part exchange bike.

The staff explained me everything I needed to do I would definitely recommend Metropolis and I would definitely go there again in the future.

I found Metropolis Motorcycles on line has they where the close to me.

I found everyone friendly helpful with directing me to the Triumph sales rep. After talking about what I was looking for and giving some information on the bike we both agreed T120 Black and Thruxton where the two the test ride this was easily arranged and away I went.

He was very helpful in with my option to purchase and helped with advice on extra with the budget I had.

Would 100% recommend.
