Kawasaki Major Service
Excellent place, took my Kawasaki which I bought private, in for a major service, I am very impressed with how my motorcycle now rides, the staff are great very friendly and the person I dealt with kept me informed on the work and cost of the service, I have been on some big rides around the U.K since they did the major service and my Kawasaki is great fun, I will be happy to deal with Millenium Motorcycles again my Dad recommended them to me as he used to go there when he used to ride motorcycles, also I like how they have a big range of motorcycle clothing and gear and a cafe :)

Give Us Your Money Then Get Lost. Avoid Them Like The Plague
Spent £13K on a classic bike. The salesmen were all over me when they knew I wanted the bike. But that's where it all changed. The bike was supposed to be serviced before I got it.
I trailered the bike 350 miles back home and then the faults all started to appear. Oil was below the minimum mark on dipstick. Battery lead was broken. Swing arm bolt was spinning free. Main rear engine bolt was spinning free. Rear chain was hanging loose. Engine misfiring. Overall just a dodgy company to deal with. They also had the bike at their other workshop at the potteries in Stoke on Trent. Complete waste of time they are.
What made it all worse is that they haven't even offered to help out. Obviously they`re playing on my living a long way from them.

Sym Jet 14
This is my 3rd sym bought from millennium motorcycles four stroke 125 and the bike is great just purrs along no problems.I would put the Sym scooters ahead of any other brand name I've owned for reliability they are like little tanks. If they make tanks in Taiwan like they make scooters watch out China that's all I can say.Good dealership Millennium got it right.

New Bike Purchase, Highly Recommended.
Bought a brand new Royal Enfield Himalayan from here and the whole process was quick and easy.
I dealt with one man the whole time and every step from viewing, test riding and arranging finance was a doddle with no sales pressure at all at any point.
The bike is sweet and would buy here again no problem.

Bike Condition
I bought a BSA Rocket 3 very recently it did look very good (definitely not cheap) on the web site, but look good was all that could be said about it. It would not start, there was a problem with the front brake switch so was picked up and returned to Millenium. Got it back again tried to start it again along with the delivery man and found it to be very difficult. I checked the bike over, very low on engine oil (1 ltr added still not on the dip stick) oil leaks from none return valve (lose) and inner clutch case joint to start with. Unable to start because ignition timing not correct and 2 of 3 carburetors the primary jet was completely blocked the third partially. So much for their workshop. When buying the bike I mentioned about the bad reviews in reply they said don't believe all that you read, I think you should believe all that you read!

Terrible Quality Bike !
Purchased an Enfield 250 twin from Millenium after being told it was 'Difficult to find one in this condition'
Very true !
Came with a fresh MOT but shouldn't have !!
No front brake.
Fuel tank had one fixing and could be lifted from frame.
Exhausts loose and blowing at head.
Wouldn't run off of choke as carb so worn.
Kick start fowled exhaust making starting difficult.
Welded frame.
Non operational clutch.
Broken ignition key.
Botched back brake retaining bolt which comes loose when you operate the brake. The brake lever then fowls the exhaust.
Got my money back for bike but not a gesture towards the £300 delivery charge or £60 diesel it cost to return.
4K for a good version of this is about right.
If this bike had gone through a workshop first these faults could have been ironed out.
Up for sale again now do I assume ALL the faults have been rectified especially as it's now £4600 !!
I didn't want an exchange or repair as this should have been sent out in a roadworthy condition and I've no faith in their mechanics.
Not adverse to tinkering but .....,
BUYER beware.

Never Again Will I Buy Here
I bought a zx6r here I had not shopped around and thought it's a known company there's nothing to worry about..... O was I wrong. I bought the bike and was given a collection date the day before I was told the bike needed a new rear brake master cylinder I was a bit peeved but though at least it's been found now rather than later..... I then went to pick the bike up as told only to get there and be told you can't take the bike as they cannot get the finance payout as the bike has outstanding finance why this isn't checked God knows. I then came back 3 days later to collect after this was resolved. Sales man bassi my full throttled it out the back I went over the bike and asked if he had given me the full tank of fuel as promised due to the mess ups he hadn't then I took it home and checked the paper work to find he had not mot'd as promised and left me with a few months I then revived the logbook and it was 6 owners not the 2 it stated on the website do I rang them and was told I can have a free service from them. After doing 300 miles I had to get the brake pads changed in the front as I did this I found both front disks where scored and warped the brakes I took out where not metal on metal so I had not caused this also the rear disk was warped also I took the bike in yo be told even tho you have only done 309 miles the brakes were fine when we sold it and it might off been the heat from the SUN what on earth they said they would get the manager to call me back this never happend in the end I just gave up with them and Atleast I know never to go there again there's but but I think this says enought about them
Customer Service Needs Work!
I consider myself an easy going customer I look for what I want do all my research and once I've decided I find what I'm after and go for it. I went to Millenium as I have previously bought a bike from them, and on that occasion it went ok. I found a bike I wanted and asked if someone could value my bike there and then, I was told that no one was available to value it and could I come back. Reluctantly I agreed to return a few days later and was told the boss would be the one to value it on my return as only he could do it. I owned a Yamaha XJ6 not a rare or exotic bike my any means! I returned and the sales person who was very nice did the usual sales patter and then told me the boss was on the telephone making an order and could I wait 30 minutes. I agreed but pointed out I was about to spend £9000. 30 minutes later the "boss" was still on the phone sat leaning back in his chair. I was then told he was still unavailable and could I come back another day. I left. On the way home I was furious at being ignored. I went to another dealer and found another bike I wanted and the whole thing was done in 20 minutes, collected a week later with no fuss! Surely if the boss is the only one available to do valuations then he needs to be free to deal with customer needs. I will not shop again at Millenium as they clearly don't need my business.

Outstanding Patience
I would just like to say a big thank you to all the people i dealt with at Millenium when i purchased my new Kawasaki Z300.
As i had not passed my A2 Direct Access test at the time i put a deposit down,
They said there was no problem in them storing the bike ready for when i passed, It took a little over 90 long days, But on the Saturday morning i signed the papers for Kawasaki 0% Finance I finally felt my dream come true
i was on a high that morning.
When i rode home on the Z300 it more than met my expectations.
So i would like to say a big big thank you to Millenium for their patience, A thank you to all staff involved, Would have no problem dealing with Millenium in the future, Love this bike!!.
