Happy Customer
WWYM made me a decent offer for my bike. I gave them full details of any marks, scratches etc and they paid the full offered price after a thorough inspection by their driver. I would advise being honest with your description, as any faults will be found! The payment is made at the time of the pick-up and is about as easy as it could be. I am very pleased with the whole transaction and the variability of the other reviews is very odd.

Offered Great Price Then Decided They Didn't Want The Bike
Offered a great price after sending honest photos. That's where it ended.
Asked to pick from any day of the week for a viewing then was only offered a specific time on a specific day, not the 7 days they advertise. Driver said the bike looked & sounded great. He took photos, then spent majority of the time in his van on the phone to the head office. After that he came out saying his "guys" were no longer interested & they no longer wished to consider my bike.
My bike isn't even tatty or rough; just older than 2010.
Why advertise that you purchase all bikes when that's clearly not the case?
Harassment
Harassment, didn’t complete my quote, was still to upload photos. They quoted me a shocking price, around £1000 less than other places, said I have 4 days to contact regarding offer. They have not stopped calling my phone or texting me. Leaving 2-3 voicemails a day, really disruptive and very unprofessional. Seems like the business is grasping at straws willing to annoy and aggravate potential customers, this seethes of desperation. The fact I never contacted should be a big sign but not answering calls for 3 weeks and they don’t get the message.

For The Stupid
called a month ago about a bike I was selling and was offered below trade for it, told them to not bother me again, now they have started calling again a month later and won't talk when I answer the phone, all the good reviews on here are made up by staff that work there!
That's just what I thought, sure the positives are from staff or friends .They, bought my 2014 Victory Crossroads for 7300, and are asking a ridiculous price of just under 10000 which is only 1000 under what I paid brand new , good luck with that one, feel for the biker who buys for that price>I sold it to them with ABS not working , they knew this and only hope they don't sell it in the same condition, because it looks like trying to get things sorted with this company is nigh on impossible, px for triumph speedmaster with faulty rear brakes, sorted myself for twenty quid.
Sale Of R1200rt Se
Fair price quoted following online application. Bike inspected and picked up 3 days later. Offer price was £150 under quoted price, but in my view still a fair price. Gentlemen dealing with the collection was straightforward and professional.

Absolute Shambles Do Not Use
Bid on eBay then when they won they then asked for a detailed report of the bike only for this to be different when the driver turned up to collect. Called the shop to be told I'd be called back within 10-15mins and had no call, it's cost me a small fortune. This company is an absolute discrase and would avoid at all costs
If I could sore minus I would
Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid at ALL costs
Terrible service and clearly just think they can mess people about!!
Never would I use this company and I'm sure I'm not the only person to think this
eBay is an aution you bid to buy and recommended viewing beforehand not bid then turn your nose up at it.
Not happy
Hear Hear, looking at the reviews there is a helluva lot of like minded bikers!!

Fast Efficient Friendly
I must admit I was very sceptical about using this company having read some reviews on forums, however I am pleased to report that I am so glad I used this company. The price quoted was a fair price as I was under no illusion that I was going to receive top book price. The staff are extremely friendly and polite. Our bikes were picked up within two days by another friendly member of staff and the price quoted was the price paid. The money was in our account instantly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their bike without the hassle of advertising.
Pointless....
Filled in their online evaluation for a K3 GSX-R750 with just under 14k on the clock and was offered £2,200 and then told them about some aesthetic damage to the fairing and and they came back and revised offer of £2,000 which I thought was reasonable so decided to accept.
Never heard from them again.
Decided to check them out again out of curiosity and entered the same details, and was offered £1,800. Spoke to one of their staff and told him about the aesthetic damage, said he had to check with his boss...haven't heard back from him, and doubt I will.
So in conclusion, don't waste your time, you're better off being patient and selling it privately as 1) you are in total control 2) you get a fairer price for your bike.

Fantastic Service From Start To Finish
I needed to sell my fathers Triumph Street Triple so got in contact with the guys at we want your motorbike. The price they offered was spot on and I couldnt have asked for better service. They were brilliant throughout and real pleasure to deal with. They have good knowledge of bikes and even helped out when I came across a problem.
Collection went smoothly and received the quote offered in full in my account within an hour of him arriving.
Thanks guys.

No Communication, Bad Service
I had a text to say they'd buy my 2 year old bike for a price.
I spoke to them numerous times, left messages to be called back but each time they failed to ring me back. After 3 weeks trying to arrange a date for the exchange they said they didn't want it any more.
Waste of time.
