I used the search for a car and it cam up with no data for the car in question. I have tried to make contact with them through their email facility with no response. As there is no other way of contacting i am helpless and do not have any of the data i require so will have to go to a more expensive reputable company.

Used car check to check details of sons bike which we bought private every thing was clear only to find 3 months later police at our door saying bike was stolen from upon investigation by myself bike was bought by credit card which was not onered by card company been trying to contact car check from christmas but have no telephone number neither have they returned messages from website has anybody got a contact number for this company because I believe I could be covered for my loss with what they cover you for on the checks many thanks any who can help A

Thanks to Car Check UK I saved myself half a day and in excess of 100 mile round trip to view a car that had previously been written off, that makes less than a fiver seem quite good value for the report.

I had an issue with one report that wasn't sent through -they normally come through to your email and on the web site straight away. I e-mailed Car Check UK support and had a reply in under an hour correcting the issue (the report was sent through to me) and crediting my account with 1 free report for the inconvenience. Great service!

EASIEST,& MOST INFORMATIVE SITE.

Very cheap site but fantastic customer service, I had trouble logging in and dispute it being a weekend and late on a Saturday night they were more then happy to assist in every way so I got my print out of the car I was looking to buy the following day.

Fantastic, professional service and would gladly use them and recommend them to a friend.

Using Car Check UK told me everything I needed to know about my vehicle AND MORE - in fact the report that I received immediately, said that my vehicle had been written off when I had never had an accident! I emailed Car Check UK my query to explain and within a few hours they had found out that an insurance company had placed and INCORRECT written off marker against my vehicle, which Car Check UK had put right straight away. I would never have found out this information on my own even or be able to put it right even my insurance company and the DVLA could not help me.So for reliability and peace of mind at a very reasonable price use Car Check UK every time.

I had an issue with something showing on my HPI check. The advisor from Car Check UK couldnt have been more helpful chasing up the details on my behalf and came back with the info I needed within the hour. he didnt just refer me to the DVLA like other companies do. I have used other HPI check companies before and you are lucky to even get a reply.

I will definitely use Car Check UK again and will be recommending them to everyone.

Having recently had cause to do a vehicle check, I found the Carcheckuk website easy to navigate and understand. Having read a few negative comments, recently about the level of customer service, I am quite surprised as I had cause to make contact with them regarding missing mileage data. I contacted Carcheckuk and I received a call-back within 20 minutes and the issue was explained in a clear and concise way, that mileage data is subject to availability. I now understand that not all vehicle owners register mileage and some older vehicles that were registered prior to electronic MOT's are likely to be inaccurate! All in all, a very helpful customer service! Thank you!

The website said that it included a mileage check in the price but when it came up with the report it didnt have a mileage check. Then I realised next to it is a star and at the bottom of the page it says the mileage check is subject to avilablity, so be careful when purchasing this you may not get the mileage check. Please seek alternative checks
