It's a fake ULEZ Payment service. It starts by appearing in a search when you are looking for details about ULEZ and where to pay. Looks very like TFL. Has a link to paying ULEZ and its a fake service. They will take £17.50 (instead of £12.50) apparently which seems like a red flag already but I had no idea what the damn ULEZ fee was.

Can't believe I fell for it, but when it is 1am in the morning at the end of a day in London, on a mobile screen, and you are trying to do your bit and remember to pay the toll, its easier to click the wrong link.

What is really really sad is that TFL don't do more to get these obvious fake services shut down. There are tons of them. Its like they want the £80 more than the £12.50, or is that just being cynical.
