Audi A2 1.4 Tdi Se
For anyone that is thinking of buying one of these then don't think and go and buy one ! I had one of these a couple of years ago but unfortunately had to sell it as i was struggling financially . Now that my finances have greatly improved I am certainly on the prowl for one again very soon ! Very cheap car to run (£35 a year road tax ) extremely economical on diesel - i once filled mine to the brim so there would of been 34 litres of diesel in the small tank it has , i drove to Devon and back and around about and got 520 miles before the red light came back on , this was mainly steady motorway driving at approx 70 mph . The seats are very comfortable and have great thigh support ( im 6`1 tall) The boot is very impressive size with it being so deep and is in actual fact larger by cu ft than the audi a3`s. Servicing can be very expensive at the dealers so if you lucky enough to know a mechanic that can service it then i would do that .The engine pulls very well and has plenty of torque . Every one of my friends and family members loved my Audi a2 and are not surprised that im looking for another . A couple of things to note though with the car is that most of them have only 2 rear seatbelts - if you think you will need x3 in the back then make sure you look for one with them fitted already and also the 'panoramic sunroofs ' - they look lovely when there open and really do suit the car but these are very expensive to fix and it will be a main dealer job to do it aswell as i had the problem with mine - My personal advice would be to avoid the ones with the sunroofs but as i say they do look better with them on though . The only 1 thing that annoyed me with mine was that - dirt would gather under the rear spoiler on the rear window so keep a rag in the boot and give it a wipe every now and then . All In All a very good car and i wouldn`t hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Hope this review helps - VORSPRUNG DURK TECHNIC .

Ive Only Just Bought Mine, And I Love It! My Other
Ive only just bought mine, and I love it! My other car is a range rover, 4.0 hse, but I dont ,as I thought, feel "under carred" so to speak. Its solid, stylish, roomy and boy can it move! Being used to petrol v8, i am in no way dissapointed. My next car will be an audi.

Fantastic Car. I Got The Audi A2 90bhp Option From
Fantastic car. I got the Audi A2 90bhp option from Audi on the 1.4 tdi and its much better than the standard 75bhp. Plus you still get average economy in the 60's! and I have a heavy right foot. I have done 56000 miles in just over a year. Nothing at all needed doing apart from a new wiper blade and new tyres at 50k. On variable servicing this car will do 30k between services. Plus its only 35quid to tax! Cannot sing its praises enough.

I Use This Audi A2 1.4 Tdi Se Family Car For Drivi
I use this Audi A2 1.4 TDI SE family car for driving instruction. It is a really good little car. Comfortable for all day use. Fantastic fuel economy. I have had 2 of the same model The first one saved my life! A severe front end collision and they had to cut me out with the lorry cutter! If I had been in any other motor I wouldnt be writing this. No2 car has done 47000 in a year and has needed nothing apart from tyres and services. It is a fantastic safe lovely little audi....ps you can tell I like it!

I Was Torn Between An Audi A2 1.4 Tdi Se Family Ca
I was torn between an Audi A2 1.4 TDI SE family car and a Mercedes A-Class. I chose the A2 and have never regretted it.
I love this car - I've done 30,000 miles in it since new and it drives just as well, and looks just as good, as the day I collected it. No faults and no hassle. I'd recommend the diesel over the 1.4 petrol. I had one of those as a courtesy car and it seemed rather underpowered compared to the diesel.
The quirky design won't be for everyone but it's very individual. The bonnet doesn't open - oil, water, washers are all reached through the front grille which just folds down.
The quality is great - just as good as the big Audis. Get climate control if you can. The fuel economy is amazing - around 70mpg if you're careful and 400 miles easily on a full tank (which costs only £20 to fill). The interior is lovely - even the simple cloth option looks as thought it's been tailored.
I'm surprised Audi have kept so quiet about the A2 which is perhaps why they haven't sold many. I think it's becoming a classic - and already has an owners' club!
Q&A
Can you obtain an Air Conditioning & Heating front facia without having to purchase the whole unit? My A2 is now 11 yrs old & the + & - has worn away on the Temperature & Fan. It's annoying because it illuminates much more now.
In fact, I don't even know whether the facia is actually removable & how!
My question has been answered RE: above kah1943, from an excellent seller. One phone call from Windmill VW Audi spares to my home & problem solved! . . . . BRILL! Nice to do business with you.
Thanks so much Windmill & regards.
