I ' Ve Had This Car A While Now And It ' S The Bes
I ' ve had this car a while now and it ' s the best car I've had to date. Handling is nice (but sits a tad high for my liking, lower springs required). The engine pulls fantastic for a diesel. Lights are also fantastic, dual xenon's. My only gripe so far is the passenger seat feels very weak when folding back into place, and I have a small wear patch already coming through on the driver ' s seat. This car has the capability of demolishing a few so called 'hot hatches' too, which is nice.
The petrol consumption is very good if you are lenient with your right foot. I ' ve driven the Focus, which is this car's main competitor, and in my opinion the C4 is better most ways, hence why I bought one. I just hope that nothing goes wrong electrically with the car, as it will be a large bill if it does.
This car has an NCAP safety rating of 5, which is also reassuring. JBL speaker upgrade is very balanced and great sounding. Boot space not massive, but hey it ' s not a big car.
Biggest gripe so far which will cost me is the clutch needs replacing now, at 70,000 miles (05 car). Seems that the clutch can't quite cope with the great torque this car has, especially in 5th and 6th gears.
Bottom line, if you want to be a bit different, and have an awesome diesel car which is cheap to own, go for the C4!

I Only Had The Car 6 Months And It Needed A New Tu
I only had the car 6 months and it needed a new turbo at 25,000 miles. After 7 months it needed a new AC unit. The styling is great, but it has poor build quality. Shame Citroen were so close but just missed.
