Nice Hackback...!!

Suzuki Swift is great car to drive. When you drive swift you feel that its truly "Driver's car". Swift has marvellous looks both interior and exterior.

Swift is undoubtedly the best hatchback in ride and handling.

Reliability Vs. Unreliability

The Suzuki Swift is a wonderful rally car but on the road it is quite a lot bumpy. For instance the engine is just 1300cc which is and the luxury inside is also not upto the mark te MP3 Player doesn't support all sound input types. The tires are also inadequate, a car this size should have at least 160/15" tires. It doesn't have the safety features suc as ABS, ESP,EBS, Traction Control, EBD. It even has a small fuel tank of just 40 litres. It doesnt have a sun roof, Climate Control. As it is a hatchback it falls low on space.

It is also one of the best cars in the market with a stunning mileage of 18kmpl. It can from0-100kmph in 14.9 seconds. It could also be a drift car if you want it to be one. It is a four person hatchback with lots of oomph. It is available in a number of colour options such as white, black, midnight bluem, beige, and the all time favourite red.

So if it were for reliability vs. unreliability I would say it is unreliably reliable. It is a wonderful car for a family of three or for youngsters who don't want to miss on the action.

An Excellent Little Car And Is Surprising Too Most

An excellent little car and is surprising too most that its only 1.3! I have an automatic and it can still outdo most unsuspecting cars... I would highly recommend to a freind. My only dislike about it is the boot is very small and barely holds a large suticase. Otherwise the overall size is perfect! A truely great car!

I've Had My P Reg Suzuki Swift For 5 Years And Don

I've had my P reg Suzuki Swift for 5 years and done 60K in it. I can't tell you how much I love this car. I travel for a living and it's never let me down without due warning, it's a dream to maintain (changing the radiator after it failed cost £40 and took 15 minutes), and I would happily take this car to the South of France and back without hesuitation. An unsung hero of pratical motoring, it's ideal for London driving since it looks so worthless no one argues for space on the road with it, but if you floor it it will outrun any unsuspecting motor up to 30 mph. It's finally going to get a new set of pads and discs, and a drive shaft for it's 92K birthday, but I think there's 20K left in it easily.

I Bought My Suzuki Swift 1.3gl New In June 2006. I

I bought my Suzuki Swift 1.3GL new in June 2006. I wanted a small car and checked out most of the "opposition".One of the main reasons I chose the Suzuki was because of the front legroom and the height adjustable seat. I am 6' 4" and am very comfortable driving even with the seat in its highest position. The ride comfort is pretty good for a small car and fuel economy is excellent around town at 42mpg. I haven't checked the mpg on a long run yet but I shall be taking the car to France in March so that should give it a decent test. Overall I would say the car is very good and I would definitely consider another one. The main downside in my opinion is that there was no option for alloys and aircon on the 1.3 as standard, you had to step up to the 1.5 which also meant higher emissions and therefore higher VED.

Most Folks Don't Usually Think Of A Swift As A Fam

Most folks don't usually think of a Swift as a family car, but it definitely is. The 4 door model is quite a bit roomier and longer than the 2 door version, and has a luggage compartment almost like a small estate. It is probably one of the cheapest cars to run at all. Drives a bit like a gocart, with good cornering and easy to park. Although it doesn't need much maintenance you really want to keep an eye on the quality of engine and gearbox lubricant. In particular it pays off with a swift to insist on the very best API quality rating.

Occaisional rattles may turn up. They usually come from a door panel or from the dashboard itself. Nothing serious that a screwdriver won't fix.
