A really nice car. I'm slightly snobby and I like it but I wish it had leather seat, but that is the only bad point about it which to be fair is very penickity.

The Corolla is a superb car that does evrything that Toyota promise and more. Servicing is very easy and customer service is way above anything I experienced at Volvo (and that was fairly good).

Having driven around 50000 miles a year for 12 years of my life I consider myself to be quite an expert on cars and this one has been a very pleasant surprise and it has not taken me long to be hooked.

We Bought The Toyota Corolla Verso Dec 2004 (face

We bought the Toyota Corolla Verso Dec 2004 (face lift model) after waiting 4 months since order date due to adding Full colour Sat nav with reverse parking camera and Junction Assist cameras. The car has been excellent with no problems although at the first service a shock absorber needed replacing due to a leak. Apart from that we have been delighted with it.

The build quality is unrivalled by any other car I have sat in.

Very comfortable drive when travelling long distance.

Having a DVD player as standrd with the T-Spirit is perfect for keeping the kids quiet as well. The head sets for the DVD player are Infra-red so no cables to damage also you don't have to listen to the same DVD over and over again! One other good point is that there is a plug in point where my son can plug in his V-Tech game console and play using the screens built into the Headrests.

The car has a good elevated position for my wife who is 5ft tall and was unsure about being able to park the car, hence the parking camera which comes up on the Sat Nav screen with a red line across the bottom of the screen which defines a safe distance for the bumper. It also has two green curved lines which indicates if you will clear and obstacle when you have applied full lock on the wheel.

The Junction cameras are positioned just below the front badge, again the pictures appear on the Sat Nav screen as a split picture which allows you to see 100m each direction without having to creep out at junctions, this is a very good safety feature when on busy back roads. But I now think Toyota have discontinued this as an option on this car (pity).

The only slight downside is as we have been driving it now for a year you find yourself wanting a litte more power and thinking it should have a sixth gear.

Hence now Toyota has now brought out the same car with revised engines 2.2 TD 135bhp and 185 bhp.
