Bessacarr E496 Swift

We bought a new Bessacarr E496 2015 model and so for it has been off the road more than on the road due to poor quality.

We have had two water pipe leaks that have flooded or home.

The electric bed does not work properly.

The sun roof is so noisy and draughty I am thinking of sealing it off.

The main battery was faulty resulting in the vehicle being off the road nearly three weeks while a replacement came from Italy.

The cupboard under the electric bed came loose.

The list goes on. Never again will I buy a Swift/Bessacarr.

Also it is almost impossible to contact Swift to complain.

My van has been off the road for thirteen out of twenty weeks for what I class as simple jobs for a recognised agent,I am at wits end.

I will be travelling to Swift this Thursday but if there are any other disgruntled owners that wish to demonstrate at poor service from this company please join me .
