Chichester Caravans, Chichester, West Sussex

I first looked at caravans with the intent of buying one at a display last year. We were really impressed by the Bailey range. The demonstrators on site could not have been more helpful with advice, required extras and prices. We avoided the temptation to buy on the spot and went home with a guarentee of a price and delivery if we chose to buy one. Two weeks later we were still enthusiastic and went to Chichester Caravans near Havant, Hampshire. Our reception was good and we spoke to the same people we had met at the display. We bought the caravan - the Bailey Ranger GT 60 460/2 Series 6 - and duly collected it on the date quoted. Chichester Caravans have been nothing but help and advice since. Their responsibility does not finish with the sale. We have sought their experienced advice and help since. I felt no embarrassment calling them over something which might appear trivial to the experienced but was a show stopper for a beginner. For example, I was unable to release the towing hook. I was afraid of damaging the caravan. Free advice over the phone got us on the road within ten minutes.

on would always go to them first. the staff were very good the van was cleaned and they took it to storage site for us...

Chichester Caravans is ideally placed for us. AFter we retired we decided to spend some of our hard earned savings on a touring caravan so we could just tour the UK at our leisure.We found our perfect caravan at Chichester Caravans and now we spend as much time as we can just touring the UK at our leisure.
