Whilst our caravan was in Couplands for service someone availed themselves of the use of our toilet facilities, left us a little present in the dry cassette.

I of course wrote a letter of complaint to Couplands management.

They couldn't even be bothered to respond !!!!

Never ever again will we use their services or purchase any item from them.

Chose this dealership to have e&p compact level system fitted to our caravan and thought the customer service was excellent. We found all the staff very nice to deal with and helpful and the owners of the business too. Would thoroughly recommend Couplands in my experience as a business that cares about its customers. I discovered Couplands via the Internet, after to searching for a Bessacarr Caravans. We've already had 2 Bessacarr Caravans in the past, and looking to purchase another one. We live in Scotland and could not find a Bessacarr Van in the North.

Me and my partner went to look for a new caravan, with my partner in a wheelchair we had no help what so ever, no member of staff offered to help, and couldnt approach any either, we felt very unwelcomed, would never go there again
