Kendal Caravans, Kendal, Cumbria

We ordered a new motor home from Kendal Caravans for April 2022 & paid a deposit. After ringing them at the end of March we were told October 2022 with inflated price. They only told us because we rang. Three expensive trips booked & paid for so we cancelled & went else where. The showroom has taken£500 off us for the inconvenience even though they had a long waiting list & it would resell immediately. They were happy to let us loose the cost of our booked holidays. Very poor attitude. We are very upset. Not good customer care. We are going to citizens advice about it.

At Kendal Caravans in Cumbria they have helpful staff who are not a bit 'pushy'. We were allowed to inspect any caravan on our own and left to make up our own mind about whether to buy or not. I have now purchased two vans from Kendal Caravans over the past 17 years.
