Wi Fi Antenna
Excellent job done by technical team at Knowepark fitting Wi Fi antenna to roof, getting the system up and running, enabling EE SIM card etc
Keeps the peace with my partner who can use her iPad in remoter parts of Scotland with EE as used by the emergency services as she enjoys favourite tv programs, keeping in touch with her son and friends via word games, and we enjoy solitaire
All very normal stuff but my partner is so much happier being in camper as a result

Shocking Treatment
Absolutely disgusting service from this establishment.as a newbee to motorhoming i visited these premises a few weeks ago to purchase a new awning for my motorhome and to ask a few questions regarding other aspects of my motorhome. Staff totally ignored me for over 10 minutes continually walking past me as if I were totally invisible. I eventually gave up and went downstairs to speak to reception and the lady there was the only helpful person I found. She called the department up stairs and explained I was looking for an awning and asked me to go back up. When there I explained I was looking for a fiamma zip awning the sale's woman said we have fiamma 45 but IV never heard of a fiamma zip. I said that's all it says on my awning fiamma zip. She then looked in the catalogue and found fiamma zip but said I'd need to measure my height and width.really really.im there to get help from you and you can't even be botherd to come have a look and accommodate a customer.I have now decided to have a solar panel fitted and stupidly thought I'd include them for for a quote. I was told I would be called back to discuss my requirements and guess what no call back. Disgusting treatment from this company. Seems they are only interested in motorhome sales rather than there actual customer's requirements. I've now decided that even if they are the most competitive for a solar panel I will not use them . Wake up knowepark and treat your customers with a little more respect.

Shockily Poor Customer Service
On Sunday 26 August 2018 we called in at Knowepark on a very wet day to view a motorhome. The salesman who clearly didn`t like being out of the showroom or getting wet came to the van we were viewing.
We agreed to return to have a look when the weather improved and called to say we would return on a dry day, We were unhappy with the external condition of the van and decided not to go through with the purchase. On returning to our own motorhome we were met by the workshop manager who told us he would have the van taken to the workshop and cleaned up for us to view again before we made a final decision and suggested we returned on Friday when heading for home. We returned on Friday that week to view, to find that nothing had been done. All members of staff claimed they knew nothing about the entire incident and told bareface stories, this included the workshop manager, DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU
.We left very angry and dissatisfied which we told them at the time.

Popped in to look at used Motorhomes saw one we liked and asked them to look at our van. The owner and another 2 staff looked outside and inside said it was all good. They would be happy to do a deal providing the get a mechanical check on our van. We left it for three weeks and negotiated a trade in price and I left a £500 deposit. I then took the van back to them after taking all our stuff out and cleaning to be checked. The van i was buying was marked on there website as SOLD. A few days later i got a call from Mr Lang the owner and he said their was a couple of minor things wrong but not a problem but we have over valued your van. They were giving me a £2700 PX and he said it was only worth £16000. To say the least i was disappointed and very angry after me paying a deposit etc. My friend who went along with me the first day was wanting to buy new they never got back to him so he went to another dealer and spent £70K. BEWARE i have 5 other friends with motorhomes and none of us will step foot in the place ever again.

Superb Service
The Knowepark team have always offered a tremendous setvice, attending to the needs of my Hymer (The Queen of Glasgow). I have used the service 3 times now and each time has been a great experience. Communication is slick, problems are competently fixed , the price has been very fair and as a consequence, has been quickly built . I can't recommend the service highly enough.

Amazing Servicing Department
The Servicing Department is amazing - I have previously had long-standing problems with the inability of the (large capacity) battery in my camper van to cope with running a compressor fridge when camping off-site (i.e. without an electric hook-up) in spite of the van being fitted with a large solar panel. Other companies have always said "compressor fridge? you need to stay on sites with electric hook-ups". At Knowepark Caravans, the Servicing Department put a lot of effort into investigating why the fridge was cutting out in spite of a healthy leisure battery voltage (ultimately traced to voltage drop between the battery and the fridge, cured by fitting extra cables and other improvements. Also, the fitting of a Battery Monitor meter has indicated other places where the battery current was being wasted, as well as allowing me to monitor the state of charge of the battery as the days went by. I can't thank G**** and his team enough for all the work they have put in to make the van fully useable off-site for several days without driving or a hook-up, even in the depths of winter.

Amazing - Best In Scotland
We have just had an amazing experience with the Hymer repair centre at Knowepark. Everything right from the pre-repair telephone advice service right through to the carrying out of the repairs themselves has been first class. We can not recommend the team at Knowepark highly enough. After three years of trying to find a company in Scotland (and believe me we have tried hard) able to carry out competent and efficient repairs to our Hymer we have found a team who are knowledgable, skilled, efficient and professional. They have an excellent working relationship with Hymer colleagues in Germany and parts were obtained quickly and fitted immediately. We are so grateful to Knowepark and will be making the journey to get all our future work done there. Thank you so much guys!

Staff in Parts Dept; were ACE at finding the part I needed,also the same goes for the Service Dept;As was the time before at repairing the control unit for the waste water tank.5 star service.

Brilliant Customer Service
My wife and I own a Bailey Approach Autograph 730 and we were in the Motorhome and the electric went off after further investigation I narrowed it down to the Battery charger and confirmed it was this by plugging in the electric hook up cable and found that the leisure battery was being drained also our solar panel was not producing any charge to the battery either. I called Knowepark Repairs and Warranty department at 14:30 on Friday 12th Feb 2015 and spoke to an advisor and explained the situation and he confirmed that it looked as though the charger had gone. I expected the usual we can fix it in a week or so! But no he asked me when I wanted to come in and I said Saturday 13th and so it was arranged. There is more as we were in a campsite at Duror in Argyle & Bute and he suggested to travel down on the Friday the 12th and he would provide an electric hook up at Knowepark, brilliant I said and we travelled down and got there at 18:10 and he was waiting for us to let us in and show us were the hook up point was (brilliant customer service, went above and beyond what he needed to do). So after a night camped in at knowepark we were met by him who took the Motorhome into the workshop and my wife and I went up to the cafe and shop. 2 1/2 hrs later he came and got us and advised us that the charger and the solar panel regulator was changed. He went above and beyond to help us out and get things sorted even though they had a full and busy schedule for the Saturday already. I would recommend Knowepark to anyone and everyone as their customer service is second to none. Thank you once again.

Efficient And Friendly Service
As a new customer to Knowepark five years ago I received efficient and
friendly service ordering a new camper and trading in my 9 year old Hobby.
Everybody from management, sales, parts and service during the years have
been great, dealing quickly with various maintenance problems.
I have no hesitation in recommending Knowepark.
