Northern Caravans, Warrington, Cheshire

Found a crack in our hitch 2 weeks before we were going to scotland to see my sister , went to northern caravans as finding a winterhoff hitch is not the easiest . They phoned round found the hìtch had it delivered and fitted it with days to spare , a great team friendly helpful and always willing to give advice if asked , they have a great shop for all your caravan needs .will be using them again for our service

Regularly buy my gas from Northern caravans but unfortunately calor gas supply issues have left a shortage everywhere and therefore there was no stock at Northern caravans- They went out of their way to solve my gas requirement by sourcing my requirements to ensure I could go away at the weekend -Amazed with their 1st class support and customer service- always looking to solve their customers issues - Top outfit!

I have been going to Northern Caravans for over 12 months now and in June I had to call on there help at short notice. My lights had gone faulty and we were going away on holiday and they needed fixing. We arrived at 4.15 pm at the work shop and the owner and his wife and staff could not do enough to find the problem, get the parts , replace them and all at a great price. Within 30 mins we were ready to leave with every thing working. Thank you to the owner his wife and staff for your fantastic customer service and we cannot recommend you all enough.

We have just purchased our first caravan from Northern Caravans, initially taken there because when we were looking at all the other sales places, we felt we were being hassled but at northern the staff were relaxed and we could tell they had the experience. The handover with there service team was around 2 hours and they explained all the working parts of our new to us caravan. The caravan was clean inside and even had new tyres. we would have no problem with recommending this company to others thank you Sue & Tony Banks

Returned from weekend away, during which we had lost a light unit from the top offside rear of our motor home. Went to Northern Caravans. They were extremely helpful, came and checked the problem, sold me a new light and offered to fit it if we waited until they had finished the job they were on. The staff in the shop and workshop were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have used them before and always found they provided great customer service, especially as we are not good at doing home repairs on our motorhome . Will use them again. Our caravaning friends feel the same way too.

I am in the throes of converting a van to a camper and have purchased items from this establishment in the past.

Today, however, I had the misfortune of encountering a member of staff (who i presumed to be a senior member). Firstly as i entered the premises access is restricted and adjacent to a staircase, the person in question was walking towards me with an armful of stock so i stopped and moved to one side to allow him access to the stairs. He walked past me and up the stairs without a word of gratitude or acknowledgement shouting to another member of staff that there was a customer, who duly came to serve me. To whom I asked a question about an item I was looking to purchase, she did not know the answer, so sought advice from ignoramus upstairs. The resulting answer was terse and rude suggesting they did not stock the types of items i required (TV brackets) and had no intention of doing so.

I left the store shaking my head in disgust at the service and shall not be returning

Hi to all caravanners a little story we had just set on our holidays pulled into the local garage for fuel and the wife notices the rear of the caravan has its steady hanging down. Loaded with luggage 3 kids youngest under 12 months had not a clue. The lady in the garagae tells of this caravan place just a while up the A49, so of we limped.

We arrived what can i say the staff are helpfull two of their technicians set about the installation the new corner steady while we took our youngest inside the shop to give her a feed , 45 minutes later we are on our way re-hooked up by the Technicians ha ha well chuffed. The holiday was saved.

Very very helpful and got me out of a tight spot on a caravan repair that could have prevented me going on holiday. Super friendly and ultra reliable. They are the best!

Bought a hercules mover from northern caravans and was impressed by there knowledge expertise in what i needed for my van, it was fitted within a day and on collection was shown exactly how to use it , there sevice was second to none and would highly recommend to anybody , will be using them again without a second thought.
