I emailed The LGV Training Company expressing interest in an LGV training course and within 24 hours a representative rang me back. He was extremely helpful and encouraging, but never overwhelming or trying to hard sell. I am now on the LGV Training course with him as my mentor. His communications are excellent, he explains things very clearly and thoroughly and has made me feel calm and positive about this big, new step in my life in beginning LGV Training. I am enjoying my training and feel very much a good hands with this representative helping me. Thank you.

Wasting time and money. It is a broker ,they are very expensive ,ones they receive money for the course they ignoring you , this is very unprofessional.

This company us unprofessional and is there only to capitalise off individuals. They are a BROKER posing as a driving school. I have had nothing but bad experience from start to finish and all they want is money with no actual assistance with issues and help. Stay away

This so called training company shafted me our of 2 grand, well they messed around trying find a date for my test for over 4 months they then sent me a hour n half drive away to do my test which I did, then I apply for my cpc a few months later after receiving my license back from dvla, and get told my time has expired, do not use this company

Iam writing this review as really not happy with this lucky I have hgv drivers around me to keep me right with what iam doing so I had to book my own theory test now I found booking on the dvla website phone lgv company and they said to me they will take a look and phoned me back with in a hour and said they couldn't find any at all so I phone my girlfriend and ask her to look for me found tonnes of them so had to book them my self when I pay 37 pound for two test but this company would take 45 for each test off you that why u pay so much for everything. So now iam waiting to get to my driving training as I just pasted my theory test and not heard from them since been trying to call all day and nothing at all sent 6 emails and nothing back now I decide to look in to my CPC module 2 course as been told to but one of my friends who drives for a living and been told from LGV COMPANY it would cost 400 pound to do module 2 and 4 when it's cost 23 pound from dvla website and 130 for module 4 from a different company I understand they have to make some many back but over 200 profite come on man no wounder no one want to learn to drive hgvs not happy at all

After looking to LGV training, this company looked to all intensive purposes as the best fit, full package solution. I was sold the package on that the company had a training school within my local area - so i thought... GREAT. Paid my money, got access to the theory training, arranged my medical, provisional, theory and module 2 tests all sorted. All going great - now its time to book the practical aspects. LGV training company rang up and said brilliant your now ready to book - we have space at your local training centre - however the training centre is infact NOT LOCAL!! the two centres i were offered were 150 - 200 miles away. Absolute joke. No attempts to resolve by this most unhelpful company who refuse to even acknowledge the facts in the original sale and i am now down £2k with only a measly £36 test pass to show for it - i could have got this far on my own. Now they said we are closing your file because i havent accepted any dates.
