farooq-A grade instuctor

I just past my driving test with Farooq. He's an A grade instructor and it shows. I install wanted to do manual, but with a few days before the exam he told me to do automatic. I am very grateful that I have a license now. Farooq: 07736022410

My Driving Instructor was The Biggest Reason I Pas

My driving instructor was the biggest reason I passed my test first try today. I have had multiple teachers over the past two years, each of them teaching me in their own way. I can safely and easily say she is the best driving instructor I have come across. She tailored my lessons to my needs and helped me get my driving to a test standard in the short amount of time I had to prepare. I finished my test with a pass and only three minors! This is because of her great instructing. I cannot recommend this lady more!

Thank you! The lessons were structured where we tackled different tasks each lesson. I felt very prepared for the test as I was familiar with the test routes and felt very comfortable in my driving ability. Thankfully I passed first time with only 2 minors!

Passed On My First Try!

Passed first time thanks to my instructor !! Thank you to him for the continued support and clear techniques. I have had 3 instructors before and never found them to be useful, but rather they wasted my time. Almost lost hope until I started lessons with Wimbledon. My friend recommended me and I’ll be doing the same????

A Great Driving Instructor

I have just passed my test in Tolworth and I couldn’t be happier!! She is an amazing instructor, made me feel completely at ease in the car and when my test came around I felt really prepared!! She really helped build up my confidence behind the wheel and if I was ever unsure she explained thoroughly and we practised until I got the hang of it. I ended up moving house while learning to drive and so traveled an hour and a half to my lessons with her. 100% worth it!!!

An Amazing Instructor

He is an amazing driving instructor! I was nervous to start learning to drive and put it off for a while but it was such a clear and relaxed experience which was made much less scary by his teaching methods. He helped me book my theory test and sent lesson feedback after each session which helped me learn during the week before my next lesson. Would highly recommend!

Q&A

Do they have instructors in SE7?

srgm

I have come from India and have been driving well there for the last 10 years. I have just passed my theory test here in UK and planning to take practical test shortly. How many lessons would be required in my case and whether I can use my car for the lessons as well as the test?

wimbledondrivingschool

The time-span to pass a UK test would be best estimated by a professional instructor having seen your driving on the road. Any estimation here or on the telephone would be guesswork based on very little background. You have said that you have driven in India for ten years so we can assume your car control is good. That means that any problems will be related to understanding and adapting to the road rules and road conditions in the UK. Typically we have found that people who have driven on an international license in the UK for a year are better adapted and therefore take far less lessons to get up to speed than those who are making an immediate transition. That said even if you have never driven here you might well have picked up a lot from being driven around by others. This is why it is difficult to estimate. You can use your own car for the test provided it is fully insured and roadworthy. You would also need an internal mirror for the examiners use and to display L-plates. In terms of lessons you should check with your insurance provider if you are insured for "tuition purposes". It is important that you are insured for the purpose of your journey and most insurance will be provided on the basis of "social, domestic or pleasure use" only.
