Asda Fuel Took 2 Payments Out Of My Account At One
Asda fuel took 2 payments out of my account at one time. They have take. £90 out and still owe me £99 as they took 2 lots. I’m still waiting on refund. Bank can’t do anything as it’s still pending after a week and there no way to contact who ever deals with the fuel !

Make sure when getting your fuel that you have the exact amount in your bank
Example £20 fuel .make sure £20 in your bank.
I got £20fuel but I was taken £99 from my bank and then had to wait the next day to have the £99 put back in and the £20 taken out . .
This is not excepable. I needed the £99 for a direct debit..

Went to top up diesel at Asda skelmersdale, £19, and the car bar didn't move an inch to where it was. Called customer service and they said someone will call you and no one did. I won't be going there again.

Pay At Pump
Went to asda petrol station yesterday to find it was pay at the pump. Took a while to get it to authorise my card. Don't like this system at all. Usually the station is quite busy but there was only three people there yesterday so I guess I'm not the only one. Looked at my bank today and money still hasn't been taken although other stores I visited has. Don't like the idea of the 99 pounds being held either. I've been going to Asda garage for years but I think it's time to find another one

Time Spent At Boston
Went this morning to fill up.
They have new payment equipment installed.
How slow was it?
I put in £60 and it took more than doubled my time there as usual, as the payment system was so slow.
Payment took longer than the actual filling.
Will be using Tesco in future.

Both the new Asda petrol station at Swanley and Minster are terrible
Half the shelves are always empty. No staff know what’s going on? Why there’s no stock? When and why the Asda app dosnt work?
The layouts are terrible. Who piles rows and rows of nuts by the till area in Swanley? When everyone knows your biggest sellers are crisps and chocolate?
Swanley signs say open 24 hrs which it used to but is coned off and closed from 11pm
It’s dangerous filling up your car at night under the forecourt as only 1 of all the lights under the canopy works!
You have had several months to fix all this? But still it’s like a shop from a war zone, we’re all the new Buy get one free signs are in place but still no stock

Instead of the £23 of petrol i bought a few days, it took out £99 out of my bank account, of which i don’t have and has not been returned to myself. Leaving me in overdraft on the 25th December. As easy as this service is, i am never going to use it again.

I went in 2 asda ipswich white house on 7 th Oct 2 get petrol unfortunately the pumb went wrong and could not get petrol but still took 99 pounds off me and returned 000 I have contacted head office the store with no joy and nearly a mth still pending transaction this is terrible that no one wants 2 sort it considering our current climate ????

Went away for weekend, filled up at asda prior to leaving. Paid £1.57.7p per litre diesel. Tesco, same price, MORRISON 2p cheaper all in swansea area.
Arriving in a small seaside town Aberporth and passed 3 independent garages within a mile of each other. Price £1.49.1p per litre of diesel.
Purchasing power of big retailers, means that they buy fuel cheaper than independents, yet currently charging nearly 8p a litre more.
A TOTAL SHAM BY THE BIG SUPERMARKETS AN SHOULD BD INVESTIGATED BY THD MONOPILIES COMMISSION.
I half filled my car a few days ago with unleaded petrol in harlington Asda.
How my engine started misfiring within minutes of coming of the petrol station.
My engine management light came on and the engine cutting off with a message stating there was a problem with antipolution.
The AA came to have a look today and informed me that the petrol was contaminated with water.
Please note that I have had any problem with the engine in this car.

How do I register a new card at the pay by card only petrol stations?
Why do Asda charge £1.00 for using your credit card at unmanned pumps without informing you or getting authorisation from you?Surely, if removing money from your account without your knowledge or warning you is tantamount to theft at worst or sharp practice at best.
I filled my car on 20/11 but I lost the VAT receipt. I went to the kiosk but they only print a normal receipt and not a VAT. How I can have a VAT receipt copy of original?
How long does it take to time out after your card is authorised?
I filled a petrol can 4.5l and topped up car and it came to £21 at self service pay at pump. I went to work noticed the fuel gauge was still the same on the way home? Is it possible for pumps to work but fail to give fuel? This is the second time I am sure this has happened in Elgin Moray supermarket.
I bought 25 pounds worth of unleaded from Cardiff gate now the car is not running proper are there problems with the fuel?
I have previously bought Asda fuel for a no. of years, while employed by them, this has always been diesel, my wife with her own cars has bought petrol, I can honestly say that I we have never experienced any problems whatsoever with the quality of the fuel. This has been the situation since 2003 minimum. As Asda source their fuel from the same refineries as any supplier I can't understand why it should be an issue. Have you been close to empty on this top up, and inadvertently sucked up dirt from the bottom of the tank. This is not to say that there was not an issue with the fuel when you filled the car at Cardiff gate. But have you heard of any other reports around the time you filled up there. I would suggest you take the car to a reputable garage for their diagnosis on your cars rough running since your visit to this garage, and their opinion as to whether it could be related to this visit.
